Look at this lawsuit action settlements from Data breach TMobile I have been part of and received a letter in the mail inform me that my information was took August 21 09/21/2021. I have been through a lot of stuff that dealing with lawsuit action and melburg and kroll Inc for TMobile dealing with weather you receive money is a bunch of crap cause I have prove that I have had information used trying to get loan’s twice from the same place to emails that is being sent to me that I never had certain email accounts that rerouted to my email address and some of them are from places that let people get money and stuff. But I given two choices from how melburg settlement agreement made without my permission to do and refuse to answer any emails sent to them and phone calls left messages. I get done in a manner that knowing that I am disabled and have mental health conditions that they will use to pull stuff from the beginning just not to pay you

For all the time and effort and in my case, 18 years of headaches and declining quality from T-Mobile and let’s not forget 3 data breeches in less then 5 years and they felt it was only worth a measley $6 and some change. Don’t waste your time!

  4. Antonia Bradley says:

I’ve filled out claims forms for a few different class action lawsuits and haven’t received any payment. What should I do?

      They will come when settled.

    2. Brooke says:

It’s not like instant, some times it can take years for it to settle in court. Check the websites of the ones you filed and it will give you updates usually. If not it at least tells you the final hearing date, after that if there’s no appeals then payments go out

    3. Deborah Poole says:

Some of them can take years to settle. When you least expect it you will receive payment and then you will have to play the, “which class action is this from”. In my case I don’t remember anything so I play that game just putting groceries away. Lol

    4. Bobie L Bowles says:

I watched everyone get their checks for the epipen payout and I was supposed to be in that suit and I still have yet to hear anything from them. So i know how you feel.

My landlord isn’t taking care of the property as they should. So, I called the health department on them. After they received fines for black mold in my unit, they placed a letter in my unit telling me to vacate unit by August 31, 2023. I was told by a paralegal that this is retaliation and illegal! Please help me I have a case against them that’s coming up on the 10th of August.
