Regions bank in Louisiana uses unethical, business practices, I disputed a charge for Magnolia dental. The dentist has messed up my teeth, really bad, and I am continuing to have to pay to get work done to fix it. It’s the only time we have ever gone overdrawn due to merchant’s non response as well as Regions not properly investigating. When I do call regions they just give me the runaround. They told me to email a certain email but all it does is say it’s not deliverable so then you call again they tell you to give you the same email you go up to the bank and give them all the proof they need. Then they tell you to call the property protection part of their bank and that’s the same people that give you the email and only the email because there is no phone number they say to dispute the charge and upload the information the information does not go anywhere it just gets return right back to you, so therefore you’re not able to do a appeal to your claim . Also, it doesn’t automatically kick back the email to you saying undeliverable. It takes a couple days so that maybe you won’t notice and then maybe you’ll run out of time for disputing the whole charge. It seems like this is now what’s going on with my situation. Nobody at the bank is Able to do anything and I don’t think anybody investigates The fact is they know yet Dental I was told by three other professionals including the University Center ER in Louisiana that they had messed up my phone graph and I am continuing to suffer from it and it’s taking forever to get $1500 back . This goes against REGIONS advertising of caring for the customer because this is me suffering and them not doing anything about it . I have all of my correspondence with them through chat and email and I will start recording phone conversations..

I never receive checks and I have signed up for a lot of items/cases on this site. I think this is a waste of time

Dickeys Barbecue settled on June 6th. Im sure you missed a few.

    1. Andrea says:

Does anybody know when payments are getting sent out for the dickeys bbq?

  6. Sandra Burns says:

What I despise, is people signing up that never used or bought the product. Because of that, I only got $350 on a settlement, instead of $3,500.

    3. Crystal Gresham says:

How do you know , besides something better than nothing. Pls don’t look a gift horse in the mouth

    4. Donna says:

Attorneys always get the bulk, how do you know you were to get 3500 you don’t know how many people applied. Attorneys get, what 33% or better. there you have it

  7. Naomi says:

There are no decent rebates lately. Mostly medical ones or commercial business. Most you have to have an ID to sign up for. Why would a grocery store send me a member ID for a problem they had? What if I paid cash? Most settlements (99%) are not for the average person anymore. I haven’t signed up for a settlement in months. I’m thinking of deleting the whole thing. I’m really sick of the messages from the top guy always mentioning his “beautiful bride” Does she not have any other good qualities? How about my smart bride?
Anyhow, hate this site now. It’s totally useless.

    1. Kathryn Keeney says:

Well if you hate it then why complain and why announce your thoughts on possibly deleting it? Just do it! I happen to think Scott is a fantastic husband in the way that he always speaks of his “Beautiful bride” it makes me smile and makes me hope and pray my 4 boys worship the ground their wives walk on 1 day the way he does his wife.
On another note I get checks/money dept. Into my acct. monthly from this site and I thank God I found it.
      #happythoughts #positivevibes

      1. Dick Hammer says:

        🇺🇲🇺🇲

    2. Luis says:

someone’s jealous… spiteful you’re not a beautiful bride? I agree, you should delete the whole thing. bye bye

  8. John L. says:

I think the CPAP lawsuit time to file is ending real soon.
