Im surprised that Cricket Wireless doesnt have a class ation lawsuit. Ive never been apologized to. In jun 2023 my phone was suddenly shutdown (bill always paid, auto) Per their terrible CS, hispanic girl stated my phone was blacklisted and I could no longer get my phone turned back on. I found somebody who work in their central office in Atlanta who stated he never heard of that. Had the nerve to ask me if I want my phone back on! In the meantime my Navy acct was drained (they took two weeks to investigate this). I dont have Cricket anymore. Hispanic name using a phone number thru Zelle app. Tried to use a gmail account for the second one. Navy partially at fault because in my several years with them, Ive never used the Zelle App. Zelle said it wasnt their problem. And Ive encountered several folks that stated their phones were off, so I advised them of what happened to me.

Isn’t it funny that customer service has become so obsolete that one complaint can get faulted down 10 or more times and still offer no resolution.

    2. Crystal Meldrum says:

Yikes. It sounds like you just got scammed. Be careful dealing with people who call you – never give any info out online. Or on the phone UNLESS you called them. Those scammers are just everywhere. I’m sorry that happened to you
