I’m wondering about the settlement with Bank of America for overdrafting accounts well they overdrafted mine all right what they did was wire transfer overseas to foreign Banks my entire trust and savings that my mother left me when she died I have the statement to prove it and I didn’t get a chance I was in the hospital to tell that lawyer that not only was my account overdrafted but they had wire transferred several million dollars they also stole investments out of The brokerage count at Merrill Lynch and Merrill edge and then she goes and does the same thing at Wells Fargo and they knew she was not me they knew it was fraudulent because when I got the statements it said behind each one of her humongous withdrawals mock ID which told me fake somebody needs to rectify that they also stole what the insurance company paid when my mom died for the property loss because it was paid off in Bank of America gave it to another service lender they called me and said we don’t know what we’re doing with this house it’s paid off I said I know that I had an order from the commissioner that said the lawyer was to go down to the register deeds and the assessor’s office and didn’t record it into my name as second owner he also sent a grand tourist order which stated no one had rights to my property except utility companies and then the identity thief known as Linda M Webster sold my house right out from underneath me I called the housing division and they said well basically you got squatters in there I said yeah who’s going to get them out she had turned it from residential to commercial she turned it into a duplex I am so sick and tired of Bank of America they have shafted me since 2012 when my mom died can you help me

Is there any attorneys that’s planning on a class action lawsuit against DirecTV for calling people on the Do Not Call list the government’s and the states? Trying to sell their services to people. They kept on calling even after I filed complaints with AT&T. I warned AT&T after about 4 or 5 times if they called one more time they were going to lose a customer and guess what happened. I told AT&T I was paying for their phone service and I did not need to be harassed by DirecTV with them calling me on my phone and I’m on the Do Not Call list.
