LG Refrigerator Cooling Defect Class Action Settlement

LG refrigerator owners can claim up to $6,000 from a settlement that ends claims that the appliances have a cooling defect.

Under the terms of the LG refrigerator class action settlement, consumers can claim up to $450 without proof or up to $6,000 with proof of repairs, parts and labor, property loss, etc.

The $1.5 million class action rebates settlement resolves lawsuit allegations that certain LG refrigerators fail to stay cold, meaning Class Members have been forced to deal with rotten food and repair expenses.

File a claim for cash by Jan. 11, 2021.

Everi Debit Card Receipts Class Action Settlement

If you received a credit or debit card receipt issued from Everi between 2016 and 2019, you could get up to $60 in cash from a class action settlement!

The settlement resolves claims that Everi added too much information on its credit and debit card receipts in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA).

Everi doesn’t admit to violating the federal law but has agreed to pay $14 million to end the allegations against them.

Class Members must file a claim by Feb. 1, 2021 to benefit from this settlement.

American Web Loan Class Action Settlement

Consumers with a loan from the online lender American Web Loan can claim cash and loan forgiveness from a $141 million class action settlement.

A class action lawsuit claimed the lender violated federal and state laws by using a tribal affiliation to demand higher interest rates.

Class Members are expected to have their loans cancelled. Some consumers will receive cash along with having their accounts adjusted to a zero balance.

File a claim by Nov. 3, 2020 to benefit from this class action rebates settlement.

Customized Silicone Wristbands, Pin Buttons Class Action Rebates Settlement

Did you buy customized silicone wristbands or customized pin buttons from Netbrands, Gennex, Custom Wristbands, and/or Zaappaaz? If so, you could get cash from a $3.5 million class action rebates settlement.

Class Members who file a valid claim by Dec. 13, 2020 can get a cash payment from the settlement dependent on the number of products they purchased.

Caribou Coffee Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Banks and credit unions impacted by a 2018 Caribou Coffee data breach could benefit from a near $6 million class action settlement.

Hackers were apparently able to access credit or debit card payment information from 473 Caribou, Breugger’s, and Einstein Coffee & Bagels locations.

Financial institutions will be able to file a claim based on the number of issued Visa and Mastercard accounts affected by the data breach.

File a claim by Dec. 22, 2020.

Coach Outlet Discount Pricing Class Action Settlement

Coach Outlet shoppers may be able to claim up to $10 in cash or a $40 voucher thanks to a settlement that will resolve claims of misleading advertising.

Class Members include anyone who purchased certain items offered at a discount at a Coach Outlet store between Dec. 23, 2011, and Aug. 24, 2020.

The class action lawsuit accused Coach of offering items at a discount at Coach Outlet locations when those items were not actually sold at its regular retail stores.

Anyone wishing to file a claim must do so by Jan. 21, 2021.

Walmart Packaged Food Class Action Settlement

U.S. consumers who purchased “beef, pork, poultry, fish, and other types of packaged foods marked with unit pricing” from Walmart between Feb. 7, 2015, and Aug. 26, 2020, may be eligible to receive as much as $40 from a class action settlement.

For a purchase to be eligible, the final sales price needs to have not accurately reflected the weighted good’s price.

The class action lawsuit alleged that Walmart advertised weighted goods at a reduced price, but that reduction was not reflected in the final price.

Claim forms and supporting documentation must be submitted by Jan. 8, 2021.

Experian Consumer Report Class Action Settlement

Consumers with inaccurate CashCall loan information on their Experian report may be eligible for compensation of about $250 thanks to a $5 million settlement.

Class Members include individuals whose Experian credit report included an account from CashCall reflecting a delinquency on a loan originated by Western Sky Financial after Jan. 1, 2015.

Those who are eligible will automatically receive payments. Class Members wishing to exclude themselves or who object to the settlement terms have a deadline of Oct. 14, 2020.

California American Income Life Insurance Sales Agent Class Action Settlement

American Income Life Insurance has agreed to a $5.75 million settlement resolving claims it violated sales agents’ rights.

The settlement benefits people who trained or worked as sales agents for the company in California between Sept. 12, 2014, and Aug. 16, 2019. The amount eligible claimants can recover is based on the number of weeks they worked or trained.

The American Income Life Insurance class action lawsuit alleged the company failed to properly compensate workers for time training or spent as sales agents.

No claim form is required for this settlement; Class Members will automatically receive a check unless they opt out. The deadline for opting out or objecting is Nov. 3, 2020.

Kia Engine Failure Class Action Settlement

Hyundai has agreed to a settlement resolving claims of Kia engine failures.

Eligible Kia owners are entitled to several benefits, including extended warranties, reimbursements, rebates and other compensation. To be eligible, individuals must be an owner or lessee of a Class vehicle originally equipped with or replaced with a genuine Theta II 2.0-liter or 2.4-liter gasoline direct injection engine

The Class vehicles were allegedly prone to engine failures or fires.

Kia engine settlement Class Members must file a valid claim form by April 12, 2021, to benefit.

N.Y. Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Fees Class Action Settlement

Current and former Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance account holders may be eligible to claim part of a $595,000 class action settlement.

Class Members include those who have a New York mailing address and were charged an additional rate or fee by Northwestern Mutual between June 21, 2016, and May 28, 2020.

According to the class action lawsuit, the company charged insurance fees based on how account holders paid their monthly premiums, which is a violation of New York law.

Class Members who are current account holders will receive a credit on their account, with no claim form necessary.

Those who are not current insurance account holders must submit a claim form by Nov. 20, 2020, to benefit from the settlement.

Smith Medical Partners Unwanted Fax Class Action Settlement

Smith Medical Partners has agreed to a $4.5 million settlement resolving claims it sent unwanted fax messages. Eligible consumers filing a claim form can recover a cash payment.

The settlement benefits individuals who received one or more unwanted fax messages from Smith Medical Partners between Sept. 26, 2013, and Jan. 25, 2019.

According to the plaintiffs who filed the class action lawsuit, Smith Medical Partners sent about 45,000 unwanted fax messages, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Class Members need to file a valid claim form by Nov. 16, 2020, to receive compensation.

Bumble Auto-Renewal Class Action Settlement

Consumers who purchased the Bumble Boost premium service may be eligible to claim compensation thanks to a settlement over claims the service renewed and charged users automatically.

In addition to the auto-renewal issue, the plaintiffs had argued the service’s subscription terms made it impossible to get a refund.

Eligible consumers may receive up to $129. The total settlement is worth $22.5 million.

Class Members wishing to make a claim need to submit a claim form online or by mail by Nov. 23, 2020.

Illinois Facebook Biometric Privacy Class Action Settlement

A $650 million class action settlement has been reached regarding Facebook’s alleged violations of Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) violation claims.

Those filing a valid claim may be eligible to recover cash payments of $200 to $400.

Class Members include Facebook users for whom the app has created and stored a “face template” since June 7, 2011, and who have lived in Illinois for at least six months.

Claim forms must be filed by Nov. 23, 2020.

Emtal Industrial Talc Asbestos Exposure Settlement

A $72.5 million settlement has been reached to resolve claims that Emtal Talc’s products led to asbestos exposure and related health issues.

Affected individuals, their family members, or representatives of deceased people who were parties in an asbestos-injury or wrongful-death lawsuit filed between March 8, 1984 and March 29, 2011, that named Engelhard Corp., BASF Catalysts LLC or their subsidiaries as a defendant are eligible to recover cash payments. The lawsuits must have been dismissed.

The deadline to file a claim form is Jan. 15, 2021.

Prevagen Brain Health Supplement Class Action Settlement

Eligible consumers can recover a cash refund of up to $70 as part of the Prevagen brain health supplement class action settlement.

Class Members include people who bought one or more Prevagen products from Quincy Bioscience or an authorized retailer between Jan. 1, 2007, and July 21, 2020.

Plaintiffs had claimed Quincy Bioscience intentionally misrepresented the products as being able to improve brain health and lessen memory loss.

Class Members wanting to make a claim must file a valid claim form no later than Oct. 26, 2020.

Sharp Microwave Drawer Oven Class Action Settlement

Owners of Sharp microwave drawer ovens may be eligible to recover $250 cash or a $500 voucher thanks to a settlement resolving claims of a manufacturing defect.

Eligible claimants are individuals who purchased a Sharp microwave drawer oven or were the first person to own a residential property where one of the units was installed between Jan. 1, 2009, and Aug. 5, 2020.

The microwave drawer ovens allegedly were manufactured with a serious fire-risk defect that had the potential to cause property damage, and Sharp failed to warn consumers.

Class Members whose five-year limited extended warranty expires before Jan. 7, 2021, need to submit a valid claim form by May 7, 2021. Class Members whose five-year limited extended warranty expires after Jan. 7 must file within two years of a documented arcing claim.

Calif. Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Speed Class Action Settlement

Samsung has agreed to a $2.8 million settlement to resolve claims of misleading Galaxy smartphone speed advertisements.

Class Members include consumers who purchased one or more 16 GB Galaxy S4 smartphones in California between April 1 and July 31, 2013.

Samsung was alleged to have misled consumers about Galaxy S4 speeds and equipped the phones with software designed to trick benchmarking tests.

Class Members wishing to benefit from this settlement must file a valid claim form by Nov. 9, 2020.

Missouri Orscheln, Martin 303 Tractor Transmission Fluid Class Action Settlement

Individuals who purchased Martin or Orscheln tractor transmission fluid may be eligible for a refund thanks to a $450,000 settlement.

Consumers eligible to make a claim are those who have purchased Martin 303 Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Fluid in Missouri since April 5, 2014, and/or Orscheln Premium 303 Tractor Hydraulic & Transmission Fluid in Missouri from Orscheln Farm and Home stores between May 25, 2013, and Sept. 2, 2014.

The tractor fluid allegedly could cause engine and equipment damage, but Martin Lubricants allegedly failed to warn consumers of the risks.

Eligible Class Members can recover an estimated 25% of the purchase price of 303 tractor transmission fluid. Class Members who experienced equipment damage caused by the 303 tractor transmission fluid are eligible to make claims for reimbursements for the cost of repairs or parts.

Class Members must file a valid claim form by Feb. 8, 2021, to benefit from this settlement.

    You have to fill out claims in order to receive rebates you can’t just put add me. If you want to be added then sign up for their newsletter and do your own foot work

    people stop saying “add me” u won’t receive any settlement check by saying “add me” , fill out the online claim forms for the settlements , by saying “add me” they won’t know your name or address so u definitely won’t be included by saying “add me”
