    2. Connie Rich says:

I have a samsung 4 door refrigerator that was purchased in 2014, and the ice maker freezes shut. Ice built up in the side of the drop area, which stopped the making of ice and froze the ice bucket in place so it could not be removed. Heavy ice build up on the top of the ice maker. They replaced the ice maker and now the thing makes slushy ice and leaks continuously. They have come out to fix this problem twice now. If it continues to work properly, I will be very surprised. The refrigerator also froze up inside, but they did come out and repaired that issue.
I know they should have just replaced the refrigerator, but they have not. This refrigerator has been a nightmare to own!
