Ford reported the Bronco defect to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on March 8, according to the Ford recall notice.
“A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire,” the Ford Bronco recall notice says.

It’s not just the Broncos. The Ranger has the identical problem, 2020-2023 models. Will show as misfire in Cylinder 1. No compression in Cylinder 1 and 30% compression in Cylinder 2 after coil packs changed, fuel injector changed. Dealership states blown motor at 104,000 miles!! Wants $8000 …no way Ford refuses to acknowledges to fault!
