    Sam’s Club cafe and scanning a card laying on counter when I get points for my plus membership. I just found out from an employee that I could get points at the cafe too. Someone is racking up points scanning one card all the time.

    Why are settlements being paid to PayPal accounts or similar type accounts or a MasterCard printed on paper that can’t be used in stores instead of a personal check and sometimes they let you receive a debit card but charge $2 for it?!

      I believe they let you choose which type of payment you would prefer. It should show the option for PayPal, zelle, or check. Yes some send a debit card but I haven’t seen that many. Hope it works out for you.

      Also at the very bottom of all the options….most times , I have found there is a check option in a “click” or ‘link’ here option.

      So the government can track your settlement monies and tax you on it as income.
