Plaintiffs had alleged Post labeled its products with claims that made the products seem healthy when in fact they have high added sugar content.

The deadline to file a claim was May 19, 2021.

The Post Cereals Added Sugar Class Action Lawsuit is Debbie Krommenhock, et al. v. Post Foods LLC, Case No. 16-CV-4958-WHO in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Plaintiffs accused Wyeth Pharmaceuticals of misrepresenting its Premarin, Prempro, and Premphase hormone replacement therapy products and their associated risks.

Claims were due Sept. 1, 2020.

Google Plus Class Action Settlement Paying Out

Individuals who filed a claim in the Google Plus profile class action settlement have received PayPal deposits of $2.15.

The class action lawsuit, filed in 2018, claimed consumers’ names, email addresses, and other information was exposed during a massive data breach, and that Google made a “calculated business decision” to hide the breach from account holders and the public.

The claim form deadline was Oct. 8, 2020.

U by Kotex Tampons Class Action Settlement Checks on the Way

Class Members in the U by Kotex tampons class action settlement have reported receiving a second payment distribution.

Initial payments of up to $48.45 went out in December 2020.

TCA viewers now say they have received additional payments of $7.64.

The class action claimed U by Kotex tampons caused infections, irritation, and other problems, leading some women to have to seek medical attention.

The claim form deadline was Aug. 18, 2020.

The U by Kotex Tampon Class Action Lawsuit was Moore, et al. v. Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc., Case No. 19 L 0846, in the Circuit Court for the 20th Judicial Circuit, County of St. Clair, State of Illinois.

    Can someone please tell me how to find out who is the Settlement Administrator on these cases? I’m not having any luck wasn’t able to get 2 of my checks cashed, never had this problem. Thanks

      There should be a link for the settlement which should show you the contact info you need depending on the claim and each one you should have a email. I had to have checks canceled and reissued cause they went to old address i had at time . And it was no big issue to have fix .
      Also try google search and that also will show all possible contact info based on claim
