Levi’s Stadium class action settlement checks mailed to Class Members have ranged from $4,000 to $7,985.77, TCA viewers report.

The claim deadline was June 28, 2020.

The Levi’s Stadium Class Action Lawsuit is Abdul Nevarez, et al. v. Forty Niners Football Co. LLC, Case No. 5:16-cv-07013, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

But in reality, the products contained DL-Malic acid, a synthetic version of a substance found in fruit and used by food makers to adjust juice acidity, according to the class action lawsuit.

Claims were due by Jan. 9, 2021.

The 2 Towns Ciderhouse Hard Cider Class Action Lawsuit is Richard Winters, et al. v. Two Towns Ciderhouse Inc., Case No. 3:20-cv-00468-BAS-BGS, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
