These class actions are a scam. They keep the large sums of money and send you a few dollars. It’s the class counsel and settlement administrator. It is pre-planned and conspired by the two. I just went thru one and it is the ones that are supposed to be representing the entire class, are the ones keeping it. Offering excuses and pointing their fingers at others as to why the checks haven’t arrived. Or the famous “its in the mail”. My point, try contacting either of them after the defendants settle. My suggestion to all of you, next time you get one of their (get ready to be ripped off) index cards, use it as a notifier and sue the place yourself. At least then you’ll get some money. If you don’t then at best you’ve made them have to appear in court, and they hate that. Win win. you’ll thank me later.

They all know who they interacted with-that’s why breaches are so important. Why do WE have to scour the net “just in case?” The settlement should include they have to try to locate each victim or participant in the same way they would – or better – than if they were going after money owed them.
