Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! What a rough couple of weeks we’ve had with the newsletter! I’m sorry for the duplicates and bad coding you may have experienced over the past couple of Tuesdays. We’ve worked out a new system of tests that will make sure we don’t encounter these issues in the future. In fact, I just got off the phone with my team to make sure we’re not going to have more problems. We’re also working on shortening the newsletter a bit. We’re trying to make sure you see what you need to see, while still working through the needs of the business (having 20 people writing, researching, editing and posting articles isn’t inexpensive). I understand you may not want to see all of the active investigations so we’ll be cycling through them every week. That way you’ll get a chance to see what the attorneys we work with are working on while still not overburdening your inbox.

Thanks for your patience as we continue to work on growing and improving!
