The settlement included the following types of DRAM:
- Extended Data Out (EDO)
- Fast-Page Mode (FPM)

- Synchronous (SDRAM)
- Rambus (RDRAM)
- Asynchronous (ASYNC)
- Double Data Rate (DDR)

The deadline to file a claim for the DRAM settlement passed on Aug. 1, 2014.

Recieved $1,200.00
I got my Check for 26.68 Today, totally forgot about this. But it comes at a great time, was wondering how I’d pay for gas this week. Thank you memory manufactures.
Finally got a check for $181 today. Not sure why it took so long.
$181.63 couldn’t have come at a better time! I thought it was a scam, so I goggled DRAM Claims and remember the settlement questioner that came in the mail sometime ago. I’m giving praises.
Got mine today for $116.94. I thought it was some kind of scam, but then start remembering the settlement questioner. Does anyone know of anything else like this or where someone might go to stay informed? Reading all the comments if really sounds like money comes a good time regardless of when it comes . . . .
The link below shows how the claims were calculated. I recall entering the number of certain devices I could remember purchasing. My check was a little over $60.

How did they figure out the different amounts?
I am glad I did not deposit mine. Something is off. It has all these words across top and bottom about anti-theft devices …void pantograph, microprinting, and artificial water mark…non of which I can really see. Now people are saying they can’t even cash them. Yikes.
I feel the same way. Have not put in in the bank yet. I can’t see any watermark, nor could my banker. Have you heard anything else?
Has anyone actually been able to CASH these checks? Ive tried twice and both times they were denied.
I was wondering if this would happen. 2 situations here (as it happened with other claims): 1) it is legit but the account has not been funded yet (happens more than you think). 2) it is not legit (better deposit the sum on a bank account and wait till the check clears before buying stuff).
I had forgotten I had filed a claim, so glad I did. Received a check for $115 about a week ago, deposited in my bank just to be safe, it cleared just fine.
great! I hope to have the same outcome.
