The settlement resolves claims that Central Payment used an automatic dialer to place calls to cell phones and residential lines without the consent of the call receipient. Class Members included all U.S. consumers who “on or after August 18, 2011, Central Payment, or a third party acting on Central Payment’s behalf: called you on a residential or cellular telephone using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice; or called you two or more times within a twelve month period on a telephone number that was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.”
