Top Class Actions viewers are starting to receive checks in the mail from a class action settlement that accused credit card transaction processing company Central Payment of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
According to comments and posts on the Top Class Actions Facebook page,Class Members who filed valid claims for the Central Payment class action settlement began receiving checks worth as much as $106.96 on July 10, 2017.
If you filed a claim for the Central Payment TCPA settlement, keep an eye on your mailbox because checks are on their way.
The settlement resolves claims that Central Payment used an automatic dialer to place calls to cell phones and residential lines without the consent of the call receipient. Central Payment denied the allegations but agreed to pay $6.5 million to settle the TCPA class action lawsuit. The company also agreed to make sure its telemarketing procedures comply with federal laws.
Class Members included all U.S. consumers who “on or after August 18, 2011, Central Payment, or a third party acting on Central Payment’s behalf: called you on a residential or cellular telephone using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice; or called you two or more times within a twelve month period on a telephone number that was on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.”
The deadline to file a claim for the Central Payment class action settlement passed on April 14, 2017.

I took mine to a check cashing they declined because there is no where to endorse and the reissue email does not work
Has anyone tried to request a check reissue at the email address provided on the postcard? It doesn’t seem to be working!
I have received the same check on a post card. What is this about?? Will we receive an actual check shortly? Hope our questions are answered. Thanks..

Nowhere to sign and bank won’t accept it!
step into the bank to cash — does not work at ATM. hope this helps.
Did everybody’s check come on like a postcard thing? Or did you get that then the check and a letter? I’m confused I have never seen a check come like this if its on the postcard. An I live in a small town in OK. Don’t no where I am suppose to cash it at either. It has no email address no phone number or nothing no way to get ahold of anyone to ask if I received the check or a post card saying I’m a get it. But it looks just like the ones that’s posted on there Facebook page
Mine was declined what do I do
