The Rainbow Light vitamins class action lawsuit alleged that the manufacturers falsely advertised the products as free of heavy metals. The plaintiffs contended that the pre- and postnatal vitamins contained 0.2 micrograms of lead in a single dose, however.

Credit Reporting Agency Bankruptcy Settlement

The appeals have finally been resolved and TCA viewers say that they are receiving checks for up to $750 in a class action settlement with Equifax Information Services LLC, Experian Information Solutions Inc., and Transunion LLC.

The three major credit reporting companies were hit with a class action lawsuit alleging they violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Consumers who had received an order of discharge of Chapter 7 bankruptcy said credit reports issued by these companies still included discharged debts as in collection or owing.

The FCRA is a federal law that obligates credit reporting agencies to accurately reflect a person’s debts and other financial information in their reports. The plaintiffs claimed that Experian, Equifax and TransUnion violated the FCRA and various state laws by failing to reinvestigate their financial information.

Agree with the comments related to the “Add Me” here and above in comments? You have to go to website provided on article via link. ALWAYS write down or print a copy of your confirmation number, date submitted and the director of funds legally assigned in contact if you have followed the instructions? But keep in mind without the original claim number given when submitted on web site you will not be able to have payment reissued if you have not received? There is most often a confermation email after claim is entered sent? Just make a file and send all directly to? Might be easier for you that way? But please understand the posting of “Add Me” does NOT include anyone in anything, ever. Received PayPal payout OceanSpray. Then the $30.00 hard copy check for pest repellent wall unit arrived Thursday October 29, 2020. Thank you all here at topclassactions.com for providing the information that without you I would have been unaware of. Nice to know your firm cares enough to allow consumers to regain what otherwise I would have known nothing of.
