COVID-19 Impact on Employees

I was supposed to have surgery on two arteries going to each one of my legs that are 90% blocked. Both the veterans administration and the hospital that they outsource the surgery to refused to do the surgery least I take their Covid test. I was given an option of doing a Home test which I did do but I refuse to stick the nasal swab in my nose because it has nano bot fibers on it. Both the VA and the other hospital claim that is fake news and that the swabs do not have nano fibers on it even though the company that devised the test is a nano tech lab. They told me to take a picture of the test and email it to them which I was going to do but then they told me they would not except the test i did at home and I had to take it at the hospital because I had said before thet I’d give them a snot sample but they’re not going to stick that thing up my nose. I want to either join a class action lawsuit or file suit against both the VA and the hospital they sent me to for refusing to give me the surgery that I desperately need least I allow nanotechnology in my system. I have the test that I was told I could buy at the store here at my house with negative results and I also have the test that they mailed to me sealed in a package that arrived the other day that has not been opened. Any attorneys interested?

I purchased concert tickets thru TicketNetwork on December 9, 2019 for show that has been postponed 3x’s now. I did request a refund but was not permitted because they now have a concert date now. I tried to explain that I have moved out of the area (it would take me 5 hours just to get there) and for a show that was first set on a July Sunday afternoon, is now set on a Wednesday at 4:30pm. For one as for just the gas how about the price alone?? Then the middle of week my other party works and won’t be able to attend. Then scheduled on my birthday?? in September. These 2 tickets cost me $350. And now can’t get a refund.??
My question is can this be part of claim under Ticketmaster or will have file a new claim??

    1. Scott Sullivan says:

I purchased concert tickets thru Ticketonline and Ticketmaster for two different shows that where cancelled just days prior to the concerts that were both cancelled. As soon as the concerts were cancelled, I did request refunds for both but was told that they don’t issue refunds, they only issue credits. I And now can’t get a refund.?? Since the Covid started we don’t go to any concerts. The party that was going with me has gotten Covid and due to health reasons and both concerts have been cancelled, refuses to go to concerts. I am now out $588.94 for both events. Can I get refunds for both events?? My question is can these be part of any claims against Ticketmaster and/or OnlineCityTickets or do I have to file a new claim??

Is there a class action suit involving landlords suing the state and or federal government for placing a stay on tenants paying rent in Colorado? We lost close to $30,000 from this illegal order. We couldn’t file eviction notices per state and local guidelines so how do we collect our money?

    1. naasira muhaamid says:

Is there a class action law suit against the government and/or what ever entity that forbid homeowners from evicting there tenants for non payment of rent due to covid 19 and wound up in foreclosure about to loose their Home? I am facing a sheriff sale becaise of this.

      1. Martin Blair says:

I am a medical doctor and a registered health researcher. I would like to start a medical negligence class action lawsuit against the government of Guyana for death cause by or related cause of death by Covid – 19 by denying them a treatment for Covid-19 .

      2. Sheri L Weigt says:

I’m dealing with the same situation in California right now. Due to the “No evict mandate” & my tenant being
denied rental assistance, I’m now in debt & at risk of losing my home. Our government put this mandate into effect & I think they need to be held responsible for all the monetary damage it’s caused by legally forcing landlords to continue to house tenants who now get to walk away with maybe a court judgement at best. If the tenant is on any form of government income, then a small claims lawsuit is pointless because their income can’t even be attached. I waited over 2+ years only to be denied due to either a lack of funding or a ridiculous technicality. I got a denial letter just yesterday stating my tenant didn’t meet the programs guidelines/requirements after the application sat in the “Approved” status category for almost a month. They even showed the total amount to be paid out. The only thing missing was the issue date for the check.
Something needs to be done, but I don’t know where to start, who to contact, etc. I’m hopeful by contacting other landlords that the government victimized, we all might be able to get a class action lawsuit started or at least make enough noise, the government can’t/won’t continue to ignore a problem they caused. I’m sure there’s a whole lot more of us nationwide, but the media where I live, in Sacramento, Ca, keeps down playing the landlords. It’s all about the homeless & getting them off the street, but no concern for who has been keeping a roof over their heads before the mandate was lifted & they became homeless. I would’ve thought by now, the politicians could do the math here, but unless its money coming out of their pocket personally, it doesn’t dawn on them there’s a loss.
I wish you luck on getting a class action lawsuit going. If U do, please feel free to contact me @ the email address listed, as I would like to take part. The more people on board, the better. I’ll be attempting to initiate a class action locally as well.

I want in on a class action law suit regarding the same thing except we are in New Jersey. Add me to it if so.

    3. Tanja says:

I’m a landlord in Oregon and not only were we singled out as a class, discriminated against forced to pay excessive tax denied the right to just compensation denied the right to enforce a written legal lease contract, the only businesses not allowed to charge fees, were charged property tax on property we were denied the use of, had our Personal property stolen (seized or whatever you want to call it) like appliances, floors, etc not returned in the same condition as criminals are entitled to when their personal property is taken but landlords are supposed to pay for excessive above normal wear and tear damage caused to our property because the lazy entitled fun-employed grown adults got paid to sit on their asses while I had to pay their rent utilities and doubled my water bill using my washer and dryer as free laundromat and NO one is helping us fight for our rights blatantly denied like we should have to pay for the governments reckless decision to believe Pfeizers vaccine was supposedly safe and effective enough to risk our lives stating vaccinated people didn’t need to wear masks just to achieve herd immunity based on what factual data exactly? Oh yeah it will take 20 years to duplicate that date (cuz they lost it, never had it or knew about it) allowing them to test out their vaccine on the public making us guinea pigs in their drug trial and to boot they are immune from any fault for side effects from their “safe” drug that after how many boosters has yet to even come close to 70% effective so how dare they get away with murder killing all those that died from not wearing masks let alone make landlords pick up the tab cuz it caused second wave of covid last another year that someone needs to pay for but not us. I can’t believe no one is in jail for reckless endangerment, involuntary manslaughter or in my opinion. Murder considering the fact that they have no factual data to back up why they would make such a dangerous claim as to not wear masks just as a side of precaution at least knowing that was working unless it was to receive convince and use masks as incentive to get vaccine. This is wrong on so many levels and how come no one else is worried about their right to own land not being in jeopardy next is beyond me cuz if they can take our land legally without just compensation, out personal property as they see fit, and make us keep paying to run our business without being allowed to close our doors to avoid loss of income we had to pay for damages, excessive depreciation and late fees we were charged if we didn’t end up losing our homes and the only ones innocently that will end up homeless thru no fault of our own. So all I can say is good luck to every one the next time cuz this was just the test and you gave up your rights to almost everything including allowing them to deny you your right to work if you didn’t allow them the right to test out their new untested vaccine on cuz I learned the constitution only protects criminals and doesn’t mean shit if you have no money left for a lawyer to take case thru our fair and just legal system. Please explain how landlords had equal rights like I thought the constitution guaranteed (I think they need to add a footnote, only if you can afford to sue) do these rights mean shit cuz they don’t apply to landlords. I’m not even asking for backrent or late fees, I want my property taxes refunded (for land I was denied use of that everyone else paid but we’re allowed full use of) damage to my personal property taken and not returned in same condition being used by unpaying tenants for a YEAR like how come no one else had to let people shower at their house, use their stove, wash their clothes and use their toilet all day vs being at work/school 8 hours a day like that doesn’t add up plus pay me for labor having to maintain yard cuz I’m not a slave and since I wasn’t a landlord or in charge of my business then someone needs to pay me for being forced to do labor against my will maintaining property to avoid being sued for uninhabitable living conditions and owe them rent on top of paying their rent. I can’t believe no one is willing to help us but that’s cuz they know we are broke and we won’t win so why try… Right…wrong its not about the money it’s about them being allowed to take whatever they want and tell us who and how long they feel like making you pay for their mistakes. Hopefully someone will do something to help us cuz we can’t even file lawsuit in court ourselves and have not found a single lawyer that is willing to take case so that piece of paper called a constitution only applies if you can find a lawyer that has the balls to stand up and fight for the little guy which no one obviously has. Sorry to go on but honestly this is not just about landlords it’s about murderers, pfeizer profiting how much on how many ineffective “safe” boosters they keep making up and about stealing our business, our homes, our land for over a year and not reimbursing us for money we are out for expenses we had no control over racking up cuz I would have closed my doors if I was a restaurant cuz cost to pay water we didn’t use and couldn’t legally turn off should not be my bill to pay

On 4/19/21, we saw that there is a fraud lawsuit filed against JetSet Sports aka Cosport. It is mentioned it is a potential class action law suit. How do we inquire as to whether one can join in as a plaintiff? Are there any risks financial or otherwise to do so? Thank you.
