It also agreed to change its labeling and promotional materials so that products with synthetic ingredients are not labeled as “natural” or containing “no harsh chemicals, ever!”
Class Members of The Honest Company natural products settlement include anyone in the United States who purchased certain The Honest Company products between Jan. 17, 2012 and July 10, 2017. 20 thoughts onHonest ‘Natural’ Products, Kenmore Moldy Washer Settlement Checks Mailed
Received post card. Did everything post card stated and NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!
Never recieved my check.
No check yet. I sent in a copy of my dryer purchase receipt.
never received a check.
I did not receive a check… Hmmm
I maoled everything in as required on postcard. Never even received a dime. Nevet r buying a front load again!!!
I applied for Honest settlement with full proof of purchase and I have never received anything in the mail nor email.
I was emailed my $50 check on 08/30/17 by Checkbook who was hired to distribute settlement payments to class members. I opted to get the $50 deposited straight into my bank account and gave Checkbook my bank information. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY! I have emailed them several times, I contacted the settlement administrator and was redirected to Checkbook. So I never received my $50.
I wonder if anyone else ran into the same problem as I did. It appears no one can help me with this issue so I guess that’s the end of that. Thanks for letting me vent.
You can try contacting class counsel. Counsel is listed in the TCA article and on the settlement website and can be Googled for contact information.
I got the email as well but I didn’t have a good feeling about the Checkbook site. Had never heard of them and didn’t want to give them my bank info so I emailed the flwasher settlement email and asked for a paper check. Got an email back saying they would look into it and get back to me. Something still doesn’t “feel” right and I haven’t heard back since.
Same here…I had a bad feeling about the email and am not willing to give out my bank account info. Emailed them as well and got the same response. Looks like my “cash” settlement is as bad as my moldy washer :-(
