According to the plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit, Kirk’s Natural misleads consumers into believing that South of France products are manufactured in the southern region of France. In reality, these products are allegedly manufactured in Kentucky. Consumers say they were misled by Kirk’s use of French text translations, images of the French coastline and other imagery on product packaging.
