Consumers may be eligible to claim cash payments, reimbursements, credit monitoring benefits and more from 10 class action settlements closing in July. These settlements involve major companies, including Amazon, Sony, Mitsubishi Motors, Colgate-Palmolive, Robinhood Securities and Fidelity Investments. Here’s a breakdown of who may qualify, when to file and what you could receive.

LastPass data breach settlement
LastPass agreed to pay $8.2 million to resolve allegations that it failed to protect consumer information in a 2022 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company did not maintain adequate data security safeguards, resulting in the exposure of sensitive information, including passwords, contact information and other account data.
The settlement benefits consumers whose LastPass accounts were allegedly compromised, extracted, copied, stolen or otherwise exposed as a result of the 2022 data security incident.
Claim Deadline: July 2, 2026
Potential Award: A $25 statutory payment, up to $10,000 in documented losses, a $100 payout to California residents and up to $900,000 related to crypto currency losses.
Sony PlayStation Store settlement
Sony agreed to a $7.85 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it unlawfully monopolized the digital game market on its PlayStation Store in violation of federal antitrust laws. The class action lawsuit alleged the scheme forced consumers to pay inflated prices for digital games.
The settlement benefits consumers who purchased one or more digital video games through the PlayStation Store between April 1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2023, where certain game-specific vouchers applied.
No claim form is required — eligible consumers will be automatically included unless they file for objection or exclusion by July 2, 2026. Those with deactivated PlayStation Network accounts have until Aug. 27, 2026, to submit purchase information.

Colgate Tom’s of Maine contamination settlement
Colgate-Palmolive agreed to pay $2.9 million to resolve allegations that its Tom’s of Maine toothpaste products did not meet their advertised standards for quality and natural ingredients. The class action lawsuit alleged the products were marketed as “naturally sourced” and “naturally effective” despite an FDA investigation that reportedly found bacterial contamination and manufacturing deficiencies.
The settlement benefits consumers who purchased Tom’s of Maine brand toothpaste products between Nov. 21, 2020, and March 6, 2026.
Claim Deadline: July 6, 2026
Potential Award: Cash refund of up to three products
Pawn America data breach settlement
Pawn America agreed to pay $3.18 million to resolve allegations that it failed to protect consumers’ personal information in a 2021 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company did not implement reasonable cybersecurity measures, resulting in the exposure of sensitive consumer data.
The settlement benefits individuals whose information was compromised in the September 2021 Pawn America data breach, including those who received a data breach notification.
Claim Deadline: July 6, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $5,000 in documented expenses or a $30 payout, and $50 for California residents
Robinhood trade execution settlement
Robinhood agreed to pay $2 million to resolve allegations that it failed to provide customers with the “best execution” prices promised for securities trades. The class action lawsuit alleged the company executed certain market orders at prices less favorable than the National Best Bid and Offer, causing customers to pay more when buying securities or receive less when selling.
The settlement benefits Robinhood customers who placed one or more market orders to buy or sell equities between Sept. 1, 2016, and Sept. 1, 2018, that were executed at prices not matching the National Best Bid and Offer, resulting in an aggregate difference of more than $5.

Alabama State Farm total loss claims settlement
State Farm agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve allegations that it underpaid total loss auto insurance claims in Alabama by failing to include all required purchasing fees. The class action lawsuit alleged the company omitted the 2% sales tax and other recoverable fees from total loss claim payments, in violation of Alabama law.
The settlement benefits State Farm policyholders in Alabama who submitted a covered first-party private passenger auto physical damage claim between Nov. 7, 2018, and Feb. 10, 2026, that resulted in a total loss payment that did not include full purchasing fees.

Cosequin dog supplements settlement
Nutramax Laboratories agreed to an $11.5 million settlement to resolve allegations that it misrepresented the benefits of its Cosequin supplements for dogs. The class action lawsuit alleged the company advertised Cosequin as supporting “mobility, cartilage and joint health” despite no scientific evidence supporting those claims.
The settlement benefits California purchasers of certain Cosequin products between May 3, 2016, and May 6, 2022.
Claim Deadline: July 21, 2026

Fidelity Investments data breach settlement
Fidelity Investments agreed to pay $2.5 million to resolve allegations that it failed to protect consumers’ financial information in a 2024 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company did not implement reasonable cybersecurity measures, resulting in the exposure of sensitive data, including financial account numbers and routing numbers.
The settlement benefits individuals who received a data breach notice from Fidelity stating their financial account and routing numbers were compromised in a data breach that occurred between Aug. 17 and Aug. 19, 2024.
Claim Deadline: July 27, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $5,000 in documented monetary losses, a $100 pro rata cash payment and an additional $50 for California residents
Amazon Prime membership FTC settlement
Amazon agreed to a $2.5 billion settlement with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to resolve allegations that its Prime membership enrollment and cancellation practices violated the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act. The FTC lawsuit alleged Amazon failed to provide clear disclosures when billing consumers for Prime memberships and did not offer a simple way to cancel.
The settlement benefits consumers who signed up for Amazon Prime between June 23, 2019, and June 23, 2025, and either enrolled through a challenged enrollment flow and used no more than three Prime benefits in any 12-month period, unintentionally enrolled through a challenged enrollment method, or attempted to cancel their Prime membership online but were unable to do so.
Claim Deadline: July 27, 2026 (or earlier depending on the 180-day filing period stated in your notice)

Mitsubishi Outlander hood settlement
Mitsubishi agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve allegations that it equipped its Outlander vehicles with defective hoods that flutter and bounce during driving. The class action lawsuit alleged the defect posed a safety risk for drivers and passengers.
The settlement benefits current and former owners and lessees of certain 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander vehicles.
Claim Deadline: July 30, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $4,595 in repair, replacement and rental reimbursements
