Home Design says it has received 128 reports of beds breaking or sagging, along with 36 reports of injury related to the recall as of Jan. 18. The Home Design recall notice advises customers to immediately stop using the beds and contact the company for a free replacement of slats and side rails.
Customers should send an image of the bed and the law label, or proof of purchase, to recall@homedesign-us.com for the replacement. Home Design can be reached at 833-383-2967 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
J Grubbs Designs issued a late December recall for 12,275 Windsor Queen Xtrabed Mobile Murphy Beds due to a tip-over risk, and a risk of the beds breaking when opened from the front.

We need a class lawsuit. They refuse to refund despite causing injury. $200 per bed * 580K is up to $116M.
I agree class action law suit. In the middle of the night my bed collapsed. I have the pictures.
