Class action settlements opened in March for consumers to make claims for rebates through April and beyond.  

The class action settlements resolve product safety, false advertising, data breaches and early termination fees claims.

A company may agree to a class action settlement to resolve claims without admitting to fault and/or to garner good faith with consumers while avoiding litigation. 

Consumers can check the list below to see if any of the recently opened class action rebates apply to them or visit Top Class Actions’ open settlements page to find additional class action rebates. 

Elanco Animal Health, Bayer to pay $15M over Seresto products 

Elanco Animal Health and Bayer agreed to pay $15 million to end claims Seresto flea and tick collar products pose a serious health risk to pets. 

The settlement benefits a nationwide class of consumers, including those from U.S. territories and the District of Columbia, who purchased a Seresto product for personal use before July 8, 2024. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by July 23, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Five Guys agrees to settle claims over 2022 data breach 

Five Guys agreed to a class action settlement to end claims the company failed to protect employee information during a 2022 data breach. 

The settlement benefits a class of individuals who received a notice from Five Guys about the data breach, which the company announced in December 2022. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by May 6, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Hyundai agrees to settlement over theft susceptibility 

Hyundai agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims the automaker manufactured and sold certain vehicles that were defective and susceptible to theft. 

The settlement benefits a nationwide class of owners and lessees of certain Hyundai vehicles not equipped with an engine immobilizer. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by Jan. 11, 2025, to benefit from the class action settlement.

First American Payment Systems agrees to $4.9M settlement with FTC 

First American Payment Systems agreed to a $4.9 million settlement with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to resolve claims the payment processing company charged illegal early termination fees. 

The settlement benefits a nationwide class of business owners whom First American Payment Systems charged an early termination fee after canceling their enrollment. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by May 28, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Robinhood agrees to pay $9M over claims unlawful referral text message claims

Robinhood agreed to pay $9 million to end claims the stock brokerage firm violated Washington telemarketing laws with its referral text messages. 

The settlement benefits a class of Washington residents to whom Robinhood sent a referral program text message from Aug. 9, 2017, and Feb. 13, 2024, and who did not provide clear and affirmative consent to receiving them. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by May 13, 2024, to benefit from to benefit from the class action settlement. 

LasikPlus agrees to $1.25M false advertising settlement with FTC 

LasikPlus agreed to a $1.25 million settlement with the FTC to end claims the company falsely advertised the price of its vision-correcting services by using a bait-and-switch sales tactic. 

The settlement benefits a class of individuals who visited LasikPlus or Joffe MediCenter for a Lasik consultation but declined the procedure after discovering they did not qualify for the advertised price. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by May 20, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Crystal Bay Casino to pay $675,000 over data breach claims 

Crystal Bay Casino agreed to pay $675,000 to end claims the company failed to protect its customers’ information during a 2023 data breach.

The settlement benefits a class of individuals whom Crystal Bay Casino informed their information may have been compromised in the cyberattack. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by June 4, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Sovos Compliance to pay $3.5M over claims it failed to stop data breach 

Sovos Compliance agreed to pay more than $3.53 million to end claims the software solutions company failed to prevent a 2023 data breach. 

The settlement benefits a nationwide class of individuals who received a data breach notice from Sovos or a Sovos customer indicating their information was compromised.  

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by June 10, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinic settles claims it failed to protect customer information

Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinic agreed to a class action settlement to end claims the company failed to protect its customers’ information during a 2023 data breach. 

The settlement benefits a class of individuals to whom Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinic sent a notice informing them their information may have been compromised during a March 2023 cyber incident. 

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by April 8, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement. 

Wright & Filippis to pay $2.9M over 2022 data breach claims

Wright & Filippis agreed to pay $2.9 million to put to bed claims the prosthetics, orthotics and accessibility solutions company failed to protect consumers during a 2022 data breach. 

The settlement benefits a nationwide class of individuals whom Wright & Filippis informed their information may have been compromised Jan. 26-28, 2022.

Consumers must submit a valid claim form by May 8, 2024, to benefit from the class action settlement.

    Not negative stuff so I am OK.

    You need the receipts purchasing seresto. I can’t find mine , poor honey, that’s what caused her seizures and shortened her life.
