My mother had been taking gabapentin for maybe a year. She fell because of dizziness and fractured her skull and broke her neck. She passed away. Add me to lawsuit. She was taking it for back pain. 600 mg 2 pills 3 times a day. That’s a bit much

      1. Alyssa Oxton says:

I was prescribed gabapentin a few years back for nerve pain and chronic pelvic pain, it never seemed to do much but they told me to keep taking it, I believe the highest dosage I was on was 200 mg and then they dropped me down to 100 mg and didn’t explain why, my nerve pain has gotten worse and I have bad memory issues and brain fog and I’m only 23, sometimes I feel like I have Alzheimer’s and can’t remember alot of important memories from my daughters early years, I feel like my life has been stolen from me before it’s barely began.

Please add me to any lawsuit for gabapentin. I have taken it for neuropathy, now after several years, my memory is as bad as my 76 year old mother – who also took gabapentin for several years. It has affected my job performance and is has been gradually getting worse. When speaking, I forget what I’m talking about mid sentence. I am also stuttering alot. I was NOT like this before taking this drug!

I was taking gabapentin for neuropathy and it was not helping with my pain and I was getting very dizzy walking. I told my doctor about it not helping with pain so they put me on lyrica though it kinda helps with pain but not totally my dizziness is as equal as well as depression. Please help

  6. Sheila Scott says:

I have been taking Gabapentin for years and I could not figure out why my vision was getting worse, bad memory loss and severe restless legs. I had no Idea why this was happening until I came across this on the internet. I starting taking this drug because they said it would be non addictive and not a narcotic which I did not want. But now I have existing ailments due to a drug I was told was a great drug to take due to my severe back ailments. I believe I deserve to be compensated for my loss of memory, eye sight and body spasms.

I have been taking Gabapentin 1200mg daily to treat Peripheral Neuropathy for over 7yrs and I have been experiencing memory loss within the recent past 4yrs now, also slight blurred vision and dizziness. The medication has never done very much for my nerve pain issue other than calm the pain level from high to mild. I have often asked physicians about the medication being addictive because I’ve noticed the change in my mood from sluggish and down, to an upbeat mood after taking this medication.
