I have been on gabapentin before and then they put me on Lyrica and had horrible experiences with both along with memory loss. Bladder lost control vision loss, I would definitely like for an attorney to call me. Thank you

Dr’s refuse to give me pain meds insist I take gabapentin. I weigh 117 they were giving me 800 milligrams 3 times a day. My head was cloudy/spinning I fell and lost broke my arm. I have arthritis,fibromyalgia, neuropathy. A broken bone in my back.dince I won’t take their meds they gave me ibuprofen..
I am experiencing these side effects
I have been taking gabapentin for them pass 12 years or more. And are experiencing all the side effects. I would like the names of the attorneys that is handling this case.
My daughter is on this drug and has all the symptoms described above
Gabapentin was destroying my memory and vision so bad I had to get my glasses changed twice. I was on 300 mg three times a day for back pain before and after my back surgery. It did NOTHING for the pain but wow did it mess with my mind. Couldn’t find simple words to complete my sentences! Took myself off of it! It’s a TERRIBLE medication that is widely over prescribed!!
My son was put on 200 mg of gabapentin for leg cramps and pain, the medication was upped to 400 mg. The first does he took of the 400 mg caused respiratory failure and he was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. He was placed on a ventilator for 10 days. The hospital was notified by me, his mother that we felt the gabapentin had caused this, He was beginning to improve after two days on the vent and then he went downhill again. We found out from a nurse at the hospital that the hospital pharmacy had included gabapentin to his medication list and they had put him back on the gabapentin without us knowing this. After I threw a fit he was taken back off the gabapentin and finally was able to come off the vent after 10 days and after several failed attempts while he was put back on gabapentin! This drug should be taken off the market! My son could have died!!!!!!
I’m on 3,600mg of Gabapentin per day, have been for years. I have had & still have so many health problems due to this but I’m afraid to get off of it. I have seen countless doctors & specialists & not ONE has said “Hey maybe the Gabapentin caused this.” I have suffered greatly & still do. Thank you.
Me too!!! Max dose for chronic pain, ineffective, now I’ve been complaining of memory loss last few years to my doctor. Is ot too late did I miss this?!?!?
I too take 3600mg daily Memory and finding words to finish my thoughts I struggle with. Health issues since taking. 12 yrs on this dose. Many health issues
i have been takin gabapentin for years for nerve pain. from 159 mg to 300 mg 3-6 times a day. my memory is shot, i have problems putting together a sentance, even my balance and moter function is messed up
