I’ve gotten a few checks for classaction lawsuits in the past. But, I did not receive a check from the WISH lawsuit. So, I cannot complain. Although, it would be nice ?.
I still haven’t gotten anything from Wish.com despite having a claim email/number. Is there any website etc to check the status of these settlement checks???
You can email Wish at Admin@wishtcpasettlement.com with your name and claim number and phone number and they will let you know if you were approved or not… Even if you get a claim number that doesnt mean you automatically qualify. If your phone number isnt on their list then you wont get the check.
My daughter just received hers recently.
I was in a lawsuit with wish and never got a penny… I know that I qualified for the simple fact that they sent me mail on it with my case # and ect. Please someone help me with my problem… I have googled it but I cant seem to find anything on how to get ahold of the lawyers…

They did the same thing to me!They sent me a letter stating that I was a part of the settlement and made me send a paper back to them within so many days with my banking information or how I wanted my settlement amount to be paid.I sent the paper back and never heard anything and then I see people on here getting checks so I emailed the settlement administrator and they said my claim was denied!Thats pure bs, because they already sent me an approval letter and had me send back my banking information.I just don’t know who to talk to over the settlement administrator!!
