Roundup Concentrate settlement moneyTop Class Actions viewers report that they are starting to receive checks in the mail from the Roundup Concentrate class action settlement worth as much as $720.

The Monsanto Company was hit with a pair of class action lawsuits alleging the company misled consumers about the strength of its Roundup Concentrate products.

According to the claims, Monsanto told consumers that the products in the line could be diluted with water and still provide the same strength as regular Roundup.

However, the plaintiffs said that Roundup Concentrate only maintained the same potency at half the dilution level that was described in the instructions for the product.

In other words, consumers were told that 64 ounces of Roundup Concentrate would make 21 gallons of Roundup but to maintain the same strength as regular Roundup, only 10.5 gallons could be made.

At issue were products that had packaging stating “Makes Up to ___ Gallons,” including Roundup Weed & Grass Killer Concentrate Plus and Roundup Weed & Grass Killer Super Concentrate.

I am very mad we did follow the instructions and they changed it without notifying us I tried emailing them as well was told that to change or talk about anything about it it had to be done before March 18th and I was disallowed and I’m very upset

  2. Dorothy. Lindsey says:

What’s the deal, agreed who keeps receipts, for more then feww years if that , however I have not received my check for what you’ve foretold . Please check and send as promised Thanx again.

  3. Troy Feldheger says:

Apparently Roundup is disallowing any unit quantity over 14 even though they originally stated up to 20 units would be allowed. They say this is to weed out (pun intended) fraud. They say you can send them proof of purchase over the 14 allowed units if that is what you claimed, but who in the world keeps receipts for 5 or more years. I have tried to call and email them, but they refuse to respond. If you did by chance have a proof of purchase good luck figuring out where to send it. They are doing everything they can to not pay what has been promised. Has anyone had this same experience? If so any solutions. Is this even legal. Any advice?

Im very upset over this also! They told us we could make a claim and allowed us 20 units, well with 3 diff homes to care for i claimed mine and then they denied me for it. How can you state a claim and change it in midstream? This was very misleading and unprofessional!!! My claim WAS NOT fraudulent, they just didnt want to pay! Ive called and emailed them and they refuse to make this right. But there are people that got 3 and 4 LARGE checks for the same person same address, thats fraud if you ask me. Someine needs to look into this and make it right!
