Top Class Actions viewers report receiving checks from three class action rebates — a Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract class action settlement, a Nature’s Way Coconut Oil class action settlement, and a Seagram’s Ginger Ale class action settlement.
Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Class Action Settlement Checks
Top Class Actions viewers are receiving checks worth as much as $9.78 from a Svetol Green Coffee Bean class action settlement.
Class Members included customers across the country who purchased Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract or products that contain Svetol between the dates of Feb. 2, 2012 and May 17, 2019.
Customers had filed a class action lawsuit against the products’ makers, Naturex, saying that the company falsely advertised that the products could help with weight loss. Naturex denied these claims, but agreed to settle the issue for $1.3 million.
The deadline to file a claim was Aug. 30, 2019.
Class Members were represented by Ronald A. Marron APLC and Cohelan Khoury & Singer.
The Natura Svetol Class Action Lawsuit is Woodard v. Labrada, et al., Case No. 5:16-cv-00189-JGB-SP, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Nature’s Way Coconut Oil Class Action Rebates
Top Class Actions viewers say that they are receiving checks from a Nature’s Way Coconut Oil class action settlement worth up to $11.15.
Class Members include those customers who purchased Nature’s Way Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in 16 oz. or 32 oz. jars or Nature’s Way Liquid Coconut Oil in a 10 oz. or 20 oz. bottle between Jan. 28, 2012 and Aug. 30, 2019, in cases in which the products bore one or more of the following phrases:
- “Healthy”
- “Ideal for Exercise and Weight Loss Programs”
- “Recommendation: Take 1 tablespoon (14 g) up to 4 times daily”
- “Non-hydrogenated, no trans fat,” unless the statement, “See Supplement Facts for total fat and saturated fat content,” was displayed near the phrase “Non-hydrogenated, no trans fat”
Nature’s Way Products LLC agreed to pay $1.8 million to settle a class action lawsuit arguing that the company had falsely advertised their coconut oil as healthy, when the products allegedly contained an unhealthy 100 percent fat and 93 percent saturated fat.
The deadline to file a claim was Oct. 31, 2019.

The Nature’s Way Coconut Oil False Ad Class Action Lawsuit is Hunter v. Nature’s Way Products LLC, et al., Case No. 3:16-cv-00532, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Seagram’s Ginger Ale Class Action Settlement Checks
Top Class Actions viewers report receiving checks from a third class action settlement — a Seagram’s Ginger Ale class action settlement — worth as much $10.40.
Class Members include those people who purchased any flavor of Seagram’s Ginger Ale products between April 1, 2013 and June 13, 2019.
The Coca-Cola Company, owner of Seagram’s, agreed to pay $2.45 million to settle a class action lawsuit that claimed that Seagram’s Ginger Ale is not really made with real ginger, as the products’ advertisements tout. Customers claimed that the products are flavored with high fructose corn syrup, citric acid, and other flavorings instead of real ginger.
The deadline to file a claim was Sept. 5, 2019.
Class Members were represented by Marie McCrary, Seth Safier, and Adam Gutride of Gutride Safier LLP.
The Seagram’s Ginger Ale Real Ginger Class Action Lawsuit is Fitzhenry-Russell, et al. v. The Coca-Cola Company, Case No. 5:17-cv-00603-EJD, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

They did not honor the check i received from Green Coffee Bean Extract and said something about the routing number or I’m not sure but they wouldn’t cash the check.Now its past the 90 days and became void. So yeah,im miffed,and out the money.Dont know what to do so im writing this. I have the check right in front of me and its worthless according to VeriChec or what ever system verifies the check.
They will re issue automatically it’s happened to me
