Never got a check
I havent recieved a check yet.
Still no check. I was sent an e-mail saying sorry u haven’t received payment. To get in touch with the attorneys listed on the CTA website. That’s a joke, when you google them the phone number you receive is not valid and no one answers. I guess the jokes on us!!!!!Waiting to hear from the BBB.The FTC and the Attorney General Office of California. Who I’m contacting today.
Still no check!!!!! I sent an email and did not get a response.
Maybe we need to have another class action against the Oregon screen attorneys because I didn’t get mine either. They sent me a deficiency letter because I used a post office box as my mailing address (which I have because of thefts from unsecured mailboxes where I have lived in Oregon). I thought it ridiculous to prove I lived in Oregon during those times, because lots of people have moved in the state in the last 20 years so how do they know that all of them that have current Oregon addresses lived here during that time? Yet they got their checks. I provided proof per their letter that I did live in Oregon per their deadline of August 1st yet still have not receive anything as of October 26th. What a scam.
No check still. So I filed complaints with the BBB.FTC.and Attorney General Office. Today
I called the settlement phone number 833-305-3916 today and was told my name was not in the system. Even though I e-mailed all of the proper info that I downloaded from their website and e-mailed back to their website on February 12,2019. I’m calling the Better Business and the Federal Trade commission, because this ploy that your name isn’t listed is just a way not to pay people their settlement check. Who is with me. I smell fraud
Still no check. I did everything on time and sent in proof of purchase. I just emailed. Mr. Scott Hardy today to see why I haven’t received my settlement payment. Waiting for his reply.
I provided proof of purchased and as of 10/18, no check !!!!!!
No check here either!
Still no check! !!!!
These checks were mailed during the time I moved from Oregon to Washington. My house had burned down and I had not did a change of address yet.
