Elanco Animal Health and Bayer agreed to pay $15 million to resolve a Seresto class action lawsuit claiming Seresto flea and tick collar products are dangerous and could pose serious health risks to pets. No proof of purchase is needed for consumers to submit a claim in the Seresto collar lawsuit settlement.
The Seresto collar lawsuit settlement benefits consumers in the U.S., its territories or the District of Columbia who purchased any Seresto product for personal use and not for resale before July 8, 2024.
According to the Seresto class action lawsuit, Seresto flea and tick collars were misrepresented as being effective for eight months while Elanco Health failed to disclose the health risks associated with products. Seresto collars are allegedly associated with serious neurological health risks and can even cause death, the plaintiffs contend.
ClElanco Animal Health is a veterinary pharmaceutical company that sells farm animal and pet health solutions. Elanco acquired Bayer Animal Health in 2020.
Elanco and Bayer haven’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $15 million settlement to resolve the Seresto collar lawsuit.
Under the terms of the Seresto class action lawsuit settlement, class members can receive $13 for each collar they purchased. Claimants who provide proof of purchase can claim an unlimited number of collars, while claimants with no proof of purchase can claim only two collars per pet for a maximum payment of $26 per pet.

Add me please. I use 3 of them twice a year.
The Rapca verification keeps failing no matter how may times I try to file my claim this needs to be fixed
Same here. Been trying for like 3 days now
My dog got sick from using it
When my cat started making these vulgar painful moan sounds, throwing up,heaving after I put collar on her, I thought she was going to die, it was after hours, extreme fear/panic/tears/scared that my cat was dying because I put that poison on her. i had videos as I watched helpless pleading for help from each vet I Google searched. I don’t have those phone calls recorded.1 of 4vets told me the chemical will have to just take its course and never buy those collars again. collar caused welts to form over my dogs entire body that lasted for over a week and digestive issues
Please add me, I have two cats and one dog and have used this product for many years, wish I had all my receipts.
Please add me ,as my pets weren’t as active as were before collars

Add me
Add me please I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and I used them my older dog became sick afew days after wearing it. . Vomiting choking and literally chew the fur off his front and back paws to the point where he literally had bleeding deep nasty sores and I knew it was the color as he was fine before the use but sadly to say that his condition after the color was removed he stop eating drinking and seem to loose mobility and control of his bodily function d and was in badly pain sadly ge passed away 5 days after r the removal of the seresto I’ve had my dog lucky for 18 years. And it’s sad that his life couldn’t end of natural causes. It had to be from an unsafe and expensive 120.00 serestk collar from petsmart . As I’m in tears now just speaking of this my poor 12 month old kittens sadly to say they past as well 2 days after my dog. I am totally animal less and will continue to be as I in fear that this will just happen again I can’t go threw that again I lost all my babies in 1week of using the collar 😢
