Lipozene and MetaboUp False Advertising Class Action Lawsuit
By Matt O’Donnell
According to the class action lawsuit, Obesity Research Institute uses bold fonts and “official looking seals” on its product packaging that lead consumers to believe that Lipozene and MataboUp diet pills are clinically proven to “reduce pounds of body fat and weight without a change in lifestyle.” The products also misleadingly state that not only users will lose weight merely by taking the product, but that 78% of each pound lost will be pure body fat.
“In reality, the too good to be true claims made by Obesity Research Institute are just that and the Defendant is and has been misrepresenting the effectiveness of its weight loss products to the general public in order to reap windfall profits,” the Lipozene and MataboUp class action lawsuit states.
As a result, consumers have been unfairly duped into paying $29.95 a bottle for diet pills that do not provide the advertising benefits “whatsoever.”
The MataboUp and Lipozene class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of all persons, nationwide, who purchased Obesity Research Institute’s diet products, including a sub-class of California residents who purchased the products. It is seeking class certification, damages and restitution for alleged violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, false advertising, unfair competition, breach of express warranty, and breach of implied warranty.
Various Trademarks held by their respective owners.

Most Americans are SPOILED and LAZY as hell. Always looking for the easy way out and suing people to make a quick buck. Your Fat ass can’t lose weight gobbling pounds of garbage and not exercising. I have seen fat ass’s eating ham burgers with donuts and whip cream combined together. I don’t think these SORRY,LAZY, BASTARDS you should get dime.

I have been taking 6 capsules of lipozene 3 times a day for the last 4 months and have seen no results at all. I took it just like it says to on the box but have lost no poundage or inches I kept taking it thinking that it just takes time. what a joke another product out there just to get your money and not produce results. feel like I got ripped off.
I tried lipozene and paid too much money for the product, it came with metaboup but then I found lipozene at walmart for 1995 and took it without metaboup and without metaboup it does not have the same effects as with . I did see results, well other people saw results, I did lose some but my clothes did get loser, I found something that is natural and works better now
What did you find that’s natural.
Yes, I am late or very late lol. Ann what did you find? And by the way Lipozene nor MetaboUP did not do any thing for me, and I workout 3 times a week and I am not a big eater, but I do eat health.
