The class action settlement resolves allegations that roughly 40 million Home Depot customers were negatively affected by a massive data breach which targeted self-checkout kiosks at the home improvement chain.

Home Depot agreed to pay $13 million to end the class action, in addition to paying for 18 months of identity protection for all Class Members.

Class Members included Home Depot customers who used a “credit or debit card at a self-checkout lane at a U.S. Home Depot store between April 10, 2014 and September 13, 2014.”

The deadline to file a claim for the Home Depot class action settlement passed on October 29, 2016.

I was so excited and I sent the tax information right away. Today, I received a check for $730.84!!!

I’am glad your getting you check,But I can tell you all, that this happend to me in 2007 in WI. H/D employees have been able to go into the p.o.s. File for years.and run off full c/c numbers.H/D kept you c/c in the p.o.s. system twice 1was xxxxx and your last 4 numbers and the other was you full c/c number,A employee can go into the system and run one c/c numbers one after another. And then in May2015 in Round Rock TX. Another employee ran off over 36,000 c/c numbers and sold over 10,000 numbers for 60 cents each. He did this by saving the numbers on a thump drive and sold them online. So H/D payout means nothing to them, and the don’t car about you and me.I my case inWI. FED court.I lost after 4 years.Costing me everything. My Laywer was pay-off.He turned nothing into the courts.I did sue him in the end and got 5,0000 off my money back at a cost off over 150,000

I have called, I have emailed over and over and they are extremely rude in their reply. They give you the same answer over and over “We have no idea when checks will be mailed out”. Something is not right how they are handling this class action lawsuit regarding payments. It is now September 2017 still no checks.
