Kula Brands says it has not received any reports of illness related to the recall so far. The company is not currently facing legal action over the recall, but Top Class Actions follows recalls closely as they sometimes lead to class action lawsuits.
The seltzer recall issue occurred due to a temporary breakdown in the company’s production and packaging processes, the seltzer recall says. The cans can be returned to their place of purchase for a full refund.
