How do I get a class action going against a significant risk to the health of consumers who have consumed Hot Chocolate mixes especially Great Value that is contaminated with heavy metals, such as cadmium(Cd) and lead (Bb) exceeding the maximum permissible limits for food products.Heavy metals can be the cause of many chronic diseases whose symptoms are different depending on the level of toxicity of an element, as well as the duration and level of exposure. Kidneys and liver are the main organs, as well as the testicles, lungs and bones. In addition, it causes a carcinogenic effect, initiating cancers of the prostate, kidneys, pancreas and testicles.I’m currently suffering through kidney cancer now and just had surgery last Wednesday the 31st of Jan.and that’s what made me study some of the reasons this has happening, and I feel the companies making and selling these type of products need to be stopped immediately. Great Value Powdered Hot Chocolate mix is one of the biggest offenders, a product that I was taking almost daily. Please advise what would be the next step.

I find this out on January 1st 2024. I have already eaten dark chocolate from trader Joe’s, Lindt. I only eat dark chocolate because I thought it was I only eat dark chocolate because I believed it was healthier for me. I have had a lot of health problems in 2023 and I’m sure these toxic ingredients did not help and could have caused more harm than I know. I would like to be added to this lawsuit. I do not have receipts anymore unless maybe I have something on Amazon. It’s getting really scary with how many toxins are in the food we are eating.
