  1. David Weigle says:

I would like to know when I am getting my settlement. I filed my claim on time, received a letter stating how much I was going to get, did not dispute anything, and to date I still have not received a check. Who can be contacted in order to find out the status of the claims? The website and phone number are useless.

  2. Paula says:

I have sent email after email to all the contacts and called all the numbers and left messages and not one person has ever gotten back to me. They owe me $898.00 and I have heard nothing since the letter stating that is what I was going to receive. It is bullcrap.

    1. Diane Kennedy says:

I agree, Paula. It is bullcrap. If this was money that any of us owed Verizon, we would have to pay a penalty. I think Verizon should have to pay interest on all the money that we were unlawfully charged. Fair is fair, they are collecting interest on this money, and we should be entitled to that as well. Interest or no interest, I would just like to have my money, as I’m sure everyone else involved would.

  3. Lori says:

I am owed close to 300.00. I got one letter stating some portion of it was being disputed, and I did not challenge that so I am still owed about 274.00 but no payment? The website tells you nothing. Anyone know who to contact?

  4. Karen says:

My husband received a $500.00 check for service he had at his previous address. I however, never received a penny on my claim. I sent my claim in before his claim. In fact I filled out his claim for him!!!!
    Not sure what’s going on.

  5. mike says:

There should be someway we can sue the administrator. This was settled over a year ago. got one letter saying the checks would be out shortly and that was 8 or 9 months ago. There is some sort of negligence or incompetence going on here.

    1. Diane Kennedy says:

I agree. I also got a letter on April 1st stating the same thing. I’d like to know what the hold up is.

  6. Paula says:

August Gone September Gone October Gone NO CHECK! No answers from any of my emails. What is gong on? Was this a joke or scam???????

  7. Paua says:

Have sent several emails to all the different addresses they give on their web site and have not received a response. Shouldnt someone be responsible enough to answer

  8. Edward says:

    Merry Christmas everone!

  9. Priscilla Esquilin-Hernandez says:

haven’t received anything yet. i was told either August or September payments will be sent.
