this postcard concerning charges from 4/27/2005 thru 2/28/2012 claim to be submitted by 11/15/2012 should just be sent to customer. Being sick with heart problems plus other problems if it is owed to me I’m still a verizon cust. and it is not like they dont know how to find me. So now i’m not going to get the money because I missed the deadline even that small amount can be used in my houusehold. thanks for nothing. sincerely Rhonda Schmeltz

I requested my detailed charges and called to follow up and the lady that called back told me that they were emailed november 2, 2012 and to check my email and spam again as I did I KNOW they were not emailed to me. she told me to fill out the claim form for the 40.00??? I dont feel comfortable doing that as I was a customer all the years in this time period.
If they emailed it I would of received it, I also requested that it be mailed to me and she said beause I have the email address that is how it was sent. Not sure why the option was given to send it them then. It is due in four days and I still do not have my summary of charges. Please instruct me of what to do, I reqested them in a timely batter as was requeted by me.
    Thank you,
    Erica
