  1. Still waiting says:

I received a notice many months ago that I would receive payment and still have received nothing. Its over $400. Are the lawyers collecting the interest on the settlement? Is there any court oversight on the administration of the funds?

  2. Loretta says:

Yep, I was part of the first phase, requested the detailed 3rd party billing data and was shocked to see I had been billed over $1,033 by unauthorized 3rd parties. I submitted all my data in a timely manner, got a confirmation number but unlike one of the above posters, never received a letter stating how much they owed me, a promised pay out date or any further communication from them in any way. Interest, compounded daily from April 27, 2005 thru 2014 should be included in the still to be seen settlement.

    1. ED says:

Should be at least $40 per line.

  3. Marci says:

Still no payment!!!!! It’s July 15 th !! Anyone receive their payment yet ? UGH !

  4. Karen says:

I was part of the 1st phase and had all my info done in a timely manner. They gave me a tracking # and I was told the amount owed to me (a few hundred $) way back in 2012.
Since then, nothing. I’ve contacted the admins a few times and they just send me a form email telling me to “be patient”, they are still going over the claims.
This is ridiculous, I think they are hoping we will forget or give up and just go away.

  5. mike says:

I think we should file a class action lawsuit against the administrators for fraud and negligence. The website still says we should be settled no earlier than April 2014. They can’t update a site to give more information. April was when the company could contest the charges. Wish they could get their act together. It’s now June two months later and no update on the website. Who can you write to to complain about the administrators. I’ll bet they got their money.

  6. marsh says:

So whats going on are we getting a payment or what?? I cant find anymore info on line….no money yet

  7. Marci says:

I received a letter telling me how much they owed me in this settlement in April! If I agreed to the amount, I was told to do nothing and I would receive payment! It’s now June 9th 2014 and not a thing in the mail ?

  8. David Brown says:

Still waiting…. Anyone get a check yet?

    1. Marci says:

      Nothing !!

  9. EJ says:

Might be 2015 by time the vulchers get done.
