That cheated me out of a lot of money.
I have been Verizon customer for many many years
I sent for my statement of accounts well in advance of the deadline but they did not sent me the billing statement until after the deadline. Just another way to hose the people.
If you filed a timely Claim Form for Group 1 or Group 2, your claim is currently in process and the Settlement Administrator will notify you in writing of the outcome of your claim.
I just read on the website that the final review won’t be completed until April 2014 at the EARLIEST !
Why is this taking so long. The $200 we are be due should be raised for interest.
I am part of Group 1, I send my claim for the fill amount after waiting a lengthy amount of time period to receive the actual over charges. I sent the claim on time, have not heard from anyone since.
I want to know if I should be included in this! I have had this home line for a while now
I am part of Group One. I submitted my claim on time (for a few hundred dollars) and got my tracking number but have still not received anything from Verizon or the Class Action Lawyers, not even a letter. What is the hold up ???
My claim was submitted sucessfully and I have the conformation # from group 1. I have still heard nothing or received no money from this settlement. They owe me nearly $1000.00 what is the darn hold up. If I owed them that money, they would be sending me to collections.
