A federal judge has granted final approval to a class action settlement between Verizon Communications Inc. and customers who say they were billed for unauthorized third-party charges to their landline phone bills. Class Members have until October 21, 2013, to receive either a $40 flat payment or a 100% refund of the unauthorized charges they paid.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members include all Verizon landline customers nationwide (including individuals, businesses and local governmental entities) who were billed for third-party charges from April 27, 2005 through February 28, 2012.

If you are one day late Verizon will charge you a $5 penalty fee. Why can’t I get the money they owe me? Can I charge them $5 per month for every month they don’t pay? Verizon stinks to high heaven, will switch as soon as my contract is up.
what’s going on they keep changing the approval date .are we ever going to get what’s owed to us .or are they going to keep playing games. and will I get a reply on this comment. asap
I sent my paper work in before 11/15/2012 I haven’t heard anything or received anything in the mail . What’s taking so long to receive my refund?

I had verizon for years, had them do teh switch on me like 3 times BUT since I cancelled them, they “lost” their records and I don’t get a dime back,, crooks thru & thru
I have the post card & the Verizon Third Party Billing Statement…The confirmation # NWIWJ9CT….Why are we being jerked around on this? Send me a statement on what i spent from the time i had Verizon third party billing from 2005 to 2013…You people figured if we don’t get in touch with you & forget about it there is more money in your pocket…You know the term “Send Me The Money” DO IT !!!
