  2. Manuel A. Flores says:

Verizon should pay up quickly since they created three (3), possibly four (4) false account numbers on my phone number in order to collect on behalf of the various companies they (Verizon) claimed to represent, and Verizon has been doing this since before 2005. Hope this class action lawsuit isn’t just a scam!

  3. Ronald Misencik says:

I hope that class action settlement includes interest. If so, Verizon would pay up really quick!!!!!

Still no check and I’m in Group 1. What’s the hold up here? Are you going to give people the money you owe them or just play games with them? Enough is enough already…pay up or shut up!!!!!!!!

  7. Marva says:

My father filed his claim with the first group and he has not heard or received confirmation that his summary and claim was received. How can you confirm that the information was recieved and compensation has been approved? Thanks!

  8. Valerie Van Zile says:

Hi i do not want mine sent thru my email, but i have a real problem,i still have not received any paperwork since August 16 of 2012. i sent my paperwork back on the 17 of August.but have been waiting for anything to come back.but that is not the problem, the problem is Verizon sent in to the credit bureau twice on the bills and i asked for the two bills to be removed and they only did the one for 2009 not the earlier one which was for 2005.or earlier.so they still have the one i was sueing about in.can you get them to take it off,it is for $320.00,which is still ruining my credit.

  9. Patsy Wampler says:
