My elderly mother who lives with me just handed me a stack of mail, that she assumed was hers. I saw my post card. Is it to late to get in on this claim?
Would like a summary of charges. Had multiple phone numbers during that time. 757-565-3198, 757-???-8487. Under name of Deborah Fochler, Debbie Fochler or Mrs. Ray Fochler. Addresses would be Williamsburg, Lightfoot or Newport News, VA. Thanks.

I notice the settlement date keeps changing. First it was March 2013, then April 2013. Now we have until June to file a claim. When do we get our settlement. We have waited long enough to recover money we already expended.
