Good morning everyone!
I hope you had a FANTASTIC week! Was it awesome? Did you get some checks in the mail? It seems like every week I see reports of viewers getting paid, and that makes me HAPPY! I know, I know, they’re not all BIG checks, but money is money! Keep submitting those claims for Open Settlements like the CD-ROM settlement (hot tip, almost everyone who bought a computer from 2003 – 2008 qualifies), and make sure you check out the Open Settlements section so you get paid! If you don’t take the 30 – 60 seconds it takes to submit your claim, you WON’T get paid, so, do it!
On the home front, we are in the AWESOME WEATHER stage in Phoenix. We made it through one more year of HOLY MOLY THE HEAT and have been enjoying highs in the 90s and really pleasant evenings. If only the Arizona Cardinals would start winning, I would be EXTREMELY happy! Oh well, we’ll see how they do against the L.A. Rams this weekend. One thing about it cooling down is the girls won’t be hitting the pool anymore. It’s too cold now! We’ll see if we get a couple of hot days and can swing a chilly swim.
That’s it for now!
Make it a GREAT week!
Warm Regards,
Scott Hardy

Is there still an investigation regarding bankruptcy discharge me cover culinary student loans Found article of Sept 19,2016, #344347. Can’t find anything else about it. How do I go further
The student loan after bankruptcy article has been removed because the investigation is no longer active at this time. Our Attorney Network can sometimes receive thousands of inquiries and submissions on a certain investigation. If this occurs, the investigations are suspended because the Attorneys have plenty of possible plaintiffs to work with. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have a case, or that you will not be able to qualify for a claim if a class action settlement is reached in a case.
You may want to consult your own attorney, and should you choose to go that route, we recommend checking out http://www.consumeradvocates.org/find-an-attorney. Once there, you will be able to search a broad database of specialized attorneys in your area that you may consult.
We wish you the best of luck in your pursuit of justice!
