Skechers Toning Shoe Settlement Checks in the Mail!

Good news for everyone who filed a valid claim for the Skechers toning show class action settlement: refund checks were mailed on Friday, according to an update from the Federal Trade Commission.
The FTC announced that over 509,000 checks were mailed to consumers who bought toning shoes from Skechers USA and filed a valid Claim Form before the April 18 deadline. The checks are part of a class action settlement deal with the FTC to settle charges that Skechers used deceptive ads that falsely claimed its toning shoes could help people lose weight and strengthen muscles.
Consumers were eligible to claim between $20 and $80 in refunds from the class action settlement.
If you submitted a claim, keep an eye on your mailbox this week for a check. Checks must be cashed on or before October 10, 2013.

I haven’t received anything no emailing saying it was denied or a check when should I know something.?
today I received a email that my claim was rejected since I applied for other lawsuits.. Bogus I sent in my receipts to them via snail mail and now they claim none was received.. Bull shit
STILL waiting as well? REDICULOUS!!!
The company handling these disbursements, and the one using the so-called FTC software, is the one at fault. The company is BMC, in Chanhassen, MN, and “they are who denied us due process and they are the ones who you should complain to/file a lawsuit against. They don’t like publicity.”
Call them and make a big noise about this!

BMC administers a lot of these online claim forms and collect your ip address, etc. If you bought Skechers and were disqualified illegally, your issue is with BMC.”

I haven’t received my check yet and the deadline for cashing checks is the 10th of october, where is my check !?
I submitted my request for my refund 6/6/2012 and I have not gotten my refund check yet.I have a copy of the online submission.My friends received their checks and they filed way after I did.
We actually bought 3 pairs of these shoes. One for me and two pairs for my husband and sent two pictures as my claiming. But I guess they can only refund you for the one item only.
