Lipozene False Advertising Class Action Lawsuit

A federal class action lawsuit is claiming the Obesity Research Institute is pushing its “Lipozene” products with bogus claims that they are “safe and effective” weight loss products “clinically proven to reduce body fat.”
“In reality, Lipozene’s main ingredient, Glucomannan, is simply a water-soluble dietary fiber with no ability to cause weight loss or the reduction of body fat. Defendant’s statements about the Product’s efficacy are false and misleading, and the research relied upon by Defendant does not substantiate its claims,” the Lipozene class action lawsuit states.
The false advertising lawsuit cites several studies that conclude Glucomannan has no effect on weight loss when compared to a placebo, and that it would take 20 to 30 grams of Glucomannan a day to achieve substantial weight loss, “enough to cause severe diarrhea and other gastrointestinal distress.”
The Lipozene class action lawsuit is seeking $5 million in damages and restitution for a class of all U.S. persons who purchased Lipozene from a retail location in California or online at any time after April 1, 2011 through the date of trial.

I’ve tried it 2 times in the past 10 yrs with the same results, Nothing, I mean not even 5lbs lost plz add me to the lawsuit
Doesn’t work.
Add me also. The product has not helped me with weight loss either. I’m taking the pills,with no results. Walking 4 miles a day and changed my diet to low carbs and eating salads and protein. With no results.

I purchased Lipozene from the company with my debit card in 2022, I got my brother and my mother to try it as well and none of us received any results. I continued to try the product purchasing it from Walmart and still never got results. I got scammed as well. Please add me to the lawsuit.
I purchased mine from eBay this is second purchase and I haven’t lost like they said I would they should be banned from preaching fasle advertising
