the link between glyphosate and cancer is just becoming known to gardenersA man says that the makers of Roundup haven’t done enough to warn consumers about the dangers of Roundup lymphoma caused by long-term exposure to the spray.

Plaintiff John D. has initiated a Roundup lymphoma lawsuit against the makers of the popular weedkiller, Monsanto. The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that the plaintiff sustained severe injuries as a result of the defendant’s wrongful and negligent conduct.

The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that the defendant is responsible for this conduct in connection with the development, packaging, manufacture, design, advertising, marketing, distribution, labeling, and sale of the herbicide, Roundup.

John says that the active ingredient inside the popular weed killer is glyphosate and that this can cause life changing cancer diagnoses and is a danger to human health.

The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that glyphosate and the associated Monsanto company product, Roundup, is dangerous, unsuitable, unfit and defective and that it had inappropriate and improper warnings posted on the label to advise consumers about their risks.

The plaintiff say that consumers are told the spray is extremely effective for killing weeds, but are not given appropriate warning about how the product can also cause cancer when a person uses it on a regular basis.

A growing number of consumers who used this product in their jobs or at home may have taken to touching the bottle or inhaling the air in which Roundup particles were present. Many of these consumers say they now have developed cancer and that they were never told about this danger.

The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that the injuries sustained by the plaintiff and many others who use this weed killer product around the country were completely avoidable and that the manufacturer is responsible for the damages and injuries.

The plaintiff in the Roundup lymphoma lawsuit is a resident of Maryland and brings forth his legal action for personal injury sustained by continuous exposure to Roundup.

The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that as a direct result of being exposed to Roundup, which he assumed was a safe product, the plaintiff developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2015.

Numerous different products made by Monsanto and marketed under the Roundup line include glyphosate as an active ingredient. The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that the defendant discovered the herbicidal properties of glyphosate during the 1970s and began to market it as a popular weed killer.

The broad spectrum herbicide is used to kill grasses and weeds that are known to compete with commercial crops grown around the country. The active ingredient inside Roundup, according to the Roundup lymphoma lawsuit, is glyphosate, which plaintiffs say is dangerous to human health and can cause significant problems including a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the future.

The Roundup lymphoma lawsuit says that the manufacturers of this product should be held responsible for the injuries sustained due to the failure to warn and lack of appropriate research and information shared with the public at large regarding these concerns.

The Roundup Lymphoma Lawsuit is case 4:18-cv-01651-SNLJ; filed in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division.
