President of TCA

Good morning everyone!

WOW! Did another week go by? Time seems to be flying by. Heck, we’re now in the FOURTH QUARTER OF THE YEAR!! What the heck happened? My Dad’s birthday is almost here (HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!) My wife’s birthday is next month, and I’m up in December. WOW! It seems like it was just yesterday we were working towards summertime and all of a sudden it’s fall. September definitely didn’t seem like fall for us. It was still fairly warm, and one thing that DIDN’T fall were our website sessions statistics!

Last month, we had more than 1,000,000 sessions on the website. What’s that mean? It means that more than a million times someone went to the website and looked at articles. That’s a LOT of sessions, and we’re trending to keep increasing. If you’re a stats-geek, those sessions translate to 4,000,000 to 6,000,000 pageviews per month.

Pretty darn awesome! Especially for someone who started a business that some of my friends said was “dumb,” “completely irrelevant,” and “worthless to consumers!” Well, tell that to the million people who stopped by last month to find cash they can claim! Tell that to our viewers, like one who was interviewed and is featured in the November issue of Woman’s Day Magazine, who claims thousands of dollars each year through our website. If we weren’t delivering what YOU wanted we wouldn’t be here. Thank you for your continued support!

Here’s a settlement a LOT of you qualify for… The Playstation 3 ‘other OS’ class action settlement. Basically, this settlement will net you $55 if you submit proof that you bought the PS3 to install Linux on the video game console. I know, most people DIDN’T buy the Playstation 3 to put Linux on it… Even if you don’t know what Linux is, you can still claim $9 from this settlement if you state you believe your Playstation 3 lost resale value because Sony locked out of the ability for gamers and others to install Linux on the console. Most people don’t know this. So, if you’re a geek and wanted to install Linux, claim your $55! If not, you’re probably in the $9 tier since someone, somewhere out there, won’t buy your old Playstation 3 from you since they can’t install Linux on it (seriously.) Check out the settlement and spend 30 seconds submitting your claim for some cash!

That’s all for now! Make it a GREAT week! The girls are off school this week so we’ll be busier than usual! Back to work for me! See you next week!

Warm Regards,

Scott Hardy
President

Can someone please, please help me with this issue

The student loan after bankruptcy article has been removed because the investigation is no longer active at this time. Our Attorney Network can sometimes receive thousands of inquiries and submissions on a certain investigation. If this occurs, the investigations are suspended because the Attorneys have plenty of possible plaintiffs to work with. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have a case, or that you will not be able to qualify for a claim if a class action settlement is reached in a case.

You are always welcome to consult your own attorney, and should you choose to go that route, we recommend checking out http://www.consumeradvocates.org/find-an-attorney. Once there, you will be able to search a broad database of specialized attorneys in your area that you may consult.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We here at Top Class Actions are so grateful for viewers like you, and wish you the best of luck in your pursuit of justice!
