These settlements involve major companies, including Guitar Center, Toyota, Tesla, O’Reilly Automotive and ApolloMD. Here’s a breakdown of who may qualify, when to file and what you could receive.

Guitar Center wage and hour violations settlement
Guitar Center agreed to pay $2.4 million to resolve allegations that it violated California wage and hour laws. The class action lawsuit alleged the company failed to properly pay employees minimum wage, overtime and expenses, as well as wages owed when they left the company.
The settlement benefits Guitar Center employees who worked for the company between Jan. 11, 2020, and July 11, 2025.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 1, 2026
Potential Award: Cash payment based on the number of workweeks worked during the class period
Serviceaide data breach settlement
Serviceaide agreed to pay $1.8 million to resolve allegations that it failed to protect consumer information in a 2024 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company did not implement reasonable cybersecurity measures, resulting in the exposure of sensitive information, including Social Security numbers and medical insurance data.
The settlement benefits individuals whose private information was compromised in the Serviceaide data breach between Sept. 19 and Nov. 5, 2024.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 1, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $5,000 for documented losses or an estimated $50 cash payment
ZOLL Medical Corp. data breach settlement
ZOLL Medical Corp. agreed to pay $3.5 million to resolve allegations that it failed to protect consumer information in a 2023 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company’s negligence contributed to the breach and that reasonable cybersecurity measures could have prevented it.
The settlement benefits consumers who received a data breach notice from ZOLL Medical stating that their information may have been compromised in a January 2023 data security incident.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 2, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $5,000 in documented losses, a pro rata payment of $50 to $100
Central Transport sex discrimination settlement
Central Transport LLC agreed to pay $5.5 million to resolve U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) allegations that it discriminated against qualified female truck driver applicants. The EEOC lawsuit alleged the company violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act through a nationwide pattern of refusing to hire women because of their sex.
The settlement benefits women who applied for a Central Transport truck driver position since Jan. 1, 2016, held a Class A commercial driver’s license when they applied and were denied employment as a truck driver at least once.

Toyota IC forklift emissions settlement
Toyota agreed to pay $299.5 million to resolve allegations that it sold forklifts with internal combustion engines that failed to meet federal emissions standards. The class action lawsuit alleged Toyota did not ensure its forklifts complied with emissions requirements, leaving owners and lessees to cover emissions-related repairs and other expenses.
The settlement benefits individuals and entities that purchased or leased a Toyota forklift with an internal combustion engine built between 2007 and 2021 and sold in the United States.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 22, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $2,500 in cash payments, a free service plan visit and a new parts warranty in the event of a recall
Tesla idle fees settlement
Tesla agreed to a class action settlement to resolve allegations that it unlawfully charged “idle fees” to consumers who purchased vehicles with free lifetime Supercharging. The class action lawsuit alleged Tesla failed to disclose the fees and threatened to disable Supercharging access for consumers who refused to pay.
The settlement benefits California residents who received a Tesla vehicle before Dec. 16, 2016, continued to own the vehicle after that date and were California residents as of June 21, 2021.

Night US Brooklyn Bedding false discount settlement
Night US agreed to pay $8.16 million to resolve allegations that it used misleading discounts to advertise Leesa, Bear, Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses. The class action lawsuit alleged the company marketed mattresses using deceptive reference prices and that the products were never actually sold at the “regular” prices listed in those deals.
The settlement benefits consumers who, while physically in or residing in California, purchased one or more mattresses advertised at a discount from leesa.com between July 28, 2019, and March 11, 2024; brooklynbedding.com between Sept. 5, 2020, and March 31, 2024; helixsleep.com between Oct. 2, 2020, and March 31, 2024; or bearmattress.com between June 4, 2021, and April 1, 2024.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 25, 2026
Potential Award: $110 in cash or store credit per qualifying order
Atrium Health data privacy settlement
Atrium Health agreed to pay $2.1 million to resolve allegations that it used pixel tracking technology on its patient portals to collect and share patients’ personal and health information with third parties. The class action lawsuit alleged Atrium Health shared this information with Meta and Google without patients’ consent.
The settlement benefits individuals who held a MyAtriumHealth or MyCarolinas patient portal account between Jan. 1, 2015, and April 10, 2024.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 28, 2026
Potential Award: Cash payout based on the specific time periods the portal was accessed
O’Reilly Automotive spam text messages settlement
O’Reilly Automotive agreed to pay $18.8 million to resolve allegations that it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited telemarketing texts to consumers whose numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. The class action lawsuit alleged consumers did not provide express written consent to receive the messages.
The settlement benefits consumers whose telephone numbers were registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days and who received more than one text message from or on behalf of O’Reilly Automotive within a 12-month period.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 28, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $22 per person
ApolloMD data breach settlement
ApolloMD agreed to pay $4.02 million to resolve allegations that it failed to adequately protect sensitive patient information in a 2025 data breach. The class action lawsuit alleged the company could have prevented the breach by implementing reasonable cybersecurity measures.
The settlement benefits individuals who received a notice from ApolloMD stating that their information may have been compromised in a data breach in May 2025.
Claim Deadline: Sept. 30, 2026
Potential Award: Up to $5,000 in documented losses or a pro rata $75 alternate cash payment
