Details: The Sensa weight loss settlement will resolve a false advertising class action lawsuit, entitled Correa v. Sensa Products, LLC, that alleges Sensa tricked consumers into buying its “weight-loss” crystals by using marketing claims not backed by scientific proof. Sensa denies these allegations and contends that its marketing claims are substantiated by three product studies and scientific research regarding neurology and the science of smell and taste, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid the expense of ongoing litigation.

Class Members of the Sensa class action settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012. If the court grants final approval to the Sensa settlement at the November 7, 2012 Final Fairness Hearing, Class Members who submit a Claim Form will receive a share of the $6 million settlement fund. The amount of money you will receive from the Sensa settlement will depend on, among other things, how many of the 2.6 million Class Members submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

Claim Forms must be submitted online at www.WeightLossSettlement.com or to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than December 13, 2012.

Shortly after I start using Sensa I had to have Surgery and ha my galbladder take out I was going to the rest room and there was only blood . Now today I still have stomach trouble. Thank God I quit using it when the doctors told me that it was causing my peoblems.

  3. Annice Hickox says:

I got Sensa thinking it would help with my weight. I got a 3 months supply and I did not loose—-I gained instead. I would do as it said to do, but I got stomach cramps, ran to the toilet 6 or 7 times a day, and there was blood in the toilet. I never had these problems until Sensa. I was advised by my physician to STOP using this product. After not taking it for 4 weeks, my bowels and stomach got back to normal again….

We’ve been taken for fools. Forget getting a portion of the settlement. Time has passed and haven’t heard a word. So much for honesty and justice from the lawyers…Sprinkle on guys and gals…be careful tho-who knows- some type of bacteria entered their sprinkles. ADIOS

  7. ZELMA says:

Approx 2 weeks after taking Sensa my ankles began swelling (never in my life was I bothered with any type of leg problem.) Lost my balance several times…Sensa must have something really detrimental to the human body affecting each in different way.

  8. Meredith says:
