Details: The Sensa weight loss settlement will resolve a false advertising class action lawsuit, entitled Correa v. Sensa Products, LLC, that alleges Sensa tricked consumers into buying its “weight-loss” crystals by using marketing claims not backed by scientific proof. Sensa denies these allegations and contends that its marketing claims are substantiated by three product studies and scientific research regarding neurology and the science of smell and taste, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid the expense of ongoing litigation.

Class Members of the Sensa class action settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012. If the court grants final approval to the Sensa settlement at the November 7, 2012 Final Fairness Hearing, Class Members who submit a Claim Form will receive a share of the $6 million settlement fund. The amount of money you will receive from the Sensa settlement will depend on, among other things, how many of the 2.6 million Class Members submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

Claim Forms must be submitted online at www.WeightLossSettlement.com or to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than December 13, 2012.

I tried sensa for almost 3 months ,I already have IBS but was under control with my medication ,I started having alot of stomach and sweating problems and my Dr. saw what was in this product and said get off immedially, now I know what is makeing you fell worse. Once I got off I felt 100 % better. One day someone is going to make a product that really works, but I won’t be buying it ,I have been burnt too many times. I will stay with watching what I eat and walk.ing.The good old fashion way.

I bought Sensation over a year ago. A month later I started having stomach problems and vomiting. I had to go to the hospital for a week due to dehydration. A specialist came in and told me I had severe gall stones and needed to have my gall bladder removed. I did not do it because of the expense. I did not have insurance. So to this day I suffer from vomiting and migraines and severe stomach pains. I have to take different medications to help with each of my symptoms as well as anti depressants. I am so mad at them I could spit.

i posted just a little bit ago, and relized that i to have had and still haven stomache problems. I never had nasty gas or stinly burps before in my life. I had my gallbladder tested so many times, CT scans done to see what was wrong, that has been about less than a year ago. I lived on anacides.. The represenitive said that their product was safe and that thier was no ingredients in there that could harm a person. Here is my question now.. Has any one out there had KIDNEY Problems?? since taking sensa..

I bought this product thinkng it would help, I should have known better with the smell, Not long after I started it thats when the leg cramps started but I diddnt put it together till later. They billed me after 3 weeks and I diddnt authorize it, this was nothing but a scam it diddnt work for me at all. I felt there was nothing I could do about it till now. Finally somebody is being held accountable.

I should’ve known that Sensa was too good to be true! Talk about FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It does not work and smells wretched! I bought Sensa after seeing a commercial on TV promoting it. I thought I’d try the first shipment and see what happens. By the third week I was billed by Sensa, almost $100 without authorizing it. At that time I definitely felt like I had been scammed, Sensa made me so sick to my stomach that it had me puking for weeks. They tried to bill me again for a third shipment but I filed a fraud claim against Sensa with my bank. This is BS and has made a lot of individuals sick as hell. I’m glad this settlement has come into affect as I feel Sensa screwed alot of innocent individuals who were just trying to lose a couple pounds. Sensa needs to pay for what they’ve done and I feel like I have been taken advantage of with the expense of my health. Who knows what health issues this crap will cause for all of us later down the road?
