Details: The Sensa weight loss settlement will resolve a false advertising class action lawsuit, entitled Correa v. Sensa Products, LLC, that alleges Sensa tricked consumers into buying its “weight-loss” crystals by using marketing claims not backed by scientific proof. Sensa denies these allegations and contends that its marketing claims are substantiated by three product studies and scientific research regarding neurology and the science of smell and taste, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid the expense of ongoing litigation.
Class Members of the Sensa class action settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012. If the court grants final approval to the Sensa settlement at the November 7, 2012 Final Fairness Hearing, Class Members who submit a Claim Form will receive a share of the $6 million settlement fund. The amount of money you will receive from the Sensa settlement will depend on, among other things, how many of the 2.6 million Class Members submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

every time i went to restroom it felt like my whole butt was going down my insides felt as if they were coming out when i was not in restroom i had pain from no where in my stomach feel like i was going to die i had drink lots of water lots to releave the feeling and tuff pain they puting poeple life in jeaperdy sueing is not all they need jail time im sorry the pain is so bad I this i feel will be my cause of deaf some time later in life
I was hopeful that this product would do what they claimed, but unfortunately all I got was pain, some depression, bloating, stomach problems and lost 1 pound and later gained it back while still using it according to their instructions. Later when looking online for testimonials, I found out that others had similar problems with it and that there was lactose in it and I am lactose intolerant and they did not warn about this.
I HAVE STOMACH CRAMPS AND WHEN I USED SENSA MY BLOOD TURNED REALLY THIN AND MY VEINS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY NECK FEEL LIKE THEY ARE CLOSING OR CLOGGED UP
this is a load of dirty diapers this didn’t not work i still have stomach problems i was suppose to get it free for 30 days when the 20 days was close to being over i called because i was not loosing anything eating crappy food and gaining weight the person said mail it all back by my expense by the way even the rest of the 30 supply that was suppose to be free now makes you wonder what they do with the used stuff
THIS STUFF DIDN’T DO WHAT THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD DO.I WAS ON IT FOR 6 MONTHS AND DIDN’T LOSE A POUND.I GOT HOLD COMPANY AND THEY SAID TO GIVE IT MORE TIME.I FIGURED AFTER 6 MONTHS THE SH-T DIDN’T WORK I WASN’T ABOUT TO SPEND MORE OF MY MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE.
After I used sensa, I have problems with sensitive stomach and constipation. I also developed leg cramps. I am so very tired of product claims that don’t deliver, at the risk of the health of innocent victims!
Oh my gosh, same here I used sensa gusing about one year ago I got so sick I thought I would die did not blame on sensa at the time. My gas smelled so bad my wife moved out of our bed room. I later decided to do it again the same problem came back except worse sweating very week unable to function. at this time I realized it was the sensa. The first time I did lose weight I was unable to walk in the mornings with my wife I am now having to have my galbladder removed my stomach is full of acid all the time
I also have a problem with my stomach. i have had multiple test done on my stomach. I did’nt have problems with my stomach until i used this products. I have become very depress and in a lot of pane. I have returned the product back to sensa.
I USED SENSA WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND BECAME VERY ILL. I COULD NOT WORK ON SOME DAYS BECAUSE OF SEVERE STOMACH PAINS, NAUSEA, DIZZINESS AND SWEATING. SENSA ALSO STARTED STINKING WITH A FUNNY SMELLING ODOR. THAT IS WHEN I REALIZED THAT THESE SIGNS/SYMPTONS I WAS HAVING,WAS FROM THE SENSA. I LOOKED BACK AND REALIZED THESE SIGNS/SYMPTONS DID NOT START UNTIL ALMOST A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER I STARTED ON THE SENSA. I DID NOT ORDER ANYMORE SENSA AND I PUT THE REST UNER MY BED STILL IN THE WRAP AND BOX THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ME. SORRY SENSA I THOUGHT I HAD A WINNER, BUT IT WASN’T I LOST. I STILL HAVE THESE SIGNS AND OTHER SIGNS/SX. RIGHT NOW.
I used Sensa weight loss product and became very ill. I now have problems with my stomach as well as shortness of breath. I have problems with my legs cramping up, and I did not have these problems until I used this product. and it only depress me more to be lied to. saying it really works.. I also bought the chews too they don’t work. and also I too felt very constipated and pains in my stomach..
