Details: The Sensa weight loss settlement will resolve a false advertising class action lawsuit, entitled Correa v. Sensa Products, LLC, that alleges Sensa tricked consumers into buying its “weight-loss” crystals by using marketing claims not backed by scientific proof. Sensa denies these allegations and contends that its marketing claims are substantiated by three product studies and scientific research regarding neurology and the science of smell and taste, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid the expense of ongoing litigation.
Class Members of the Sensa class action settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012. If the court grants final approval to the Sensa settlement at the November 7, 2012 Final Fairness Hearing, Class Members who submit a Claim Form will receive a share of the $6 million settlement fund. The amount of money you will receive from the Sensa settlement will depend on, among other things, how many of the 2.6 million Class Members submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

I BOUGHT TWO MONTHS SUPPLY OF SENSA AND I COULDNT TAKE A WEEK OF IT BECAUSE IT MADE ME SO SICK AND I BLOWED UP LIKE A BALLON.I STILL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS FROM IT
Well, skeptic I was and now AM! This stuff is a scam!!! Nothing works better than daily diet and exercise. My husband was even kind enough to join me and I feel bad that I got him on this crap. I think the people who promote this, especially Patty Stanger and the other chicka should be sued as well for misleading the public.
Maybe all of those people who claimed they lost weight using Sensa just stopped eating that second cheeseburger or put those cookies down. The woman on the commercial was eating McNuggets and pastries in her van and had the nerve to say she didn’t have time for healthy meals. She claims she lost 60 lbs. eating that crap with Sensa.
I spent $500 on this stuff and I want my money back. I bought mine at Costco.com

Hi I am responding after reading your comments on Sensa, I just found out last night about the fraud from my daughter,she said it was on the kews. I cant believe this is the first we here.My husband and I have been getting it fro the past 2 years and they send it every month,they deduct payment right out of our account. This makes me crazy that we spent over two grand and we just got the news last night and the deadline for the class action deal expired lasr December,,,,,,,,unfair !!! Lisa, We have a bond, I am sure neither of us wanted when we signed on for with Sensa. I like feel drooped times two. This morning I had been told about class action suite. Jumped on line only to find this case was closed?. Unsure what that means aside I have wasted money/ increased medical issues to myself. I had real believes Sensa was the thing for me “jump starting my metabolism” Not the jump start I need or choose for 2013~2014. I will not be taking/tell anyone about this great product. For pass 5 months I am a daily user of Silhouette’s, Sensa I hear thank you; are in order. The odor from my bowel track is no less then fowl, gross. And the for my outrageous leg cramps, stomach cramps for past 5 months. Again THANK YOU SENSA!

I used sensa and became ill with stomach pains going to the hospital sick all the time breathing problems cramps in legs. I trusted sensa an they lied to me and to others!!

I never thought about the problems I’m having to be related to sensa. I too get crams in both legs, cant walk some time, have gas so bad like someone died, I did the trail and called to send it back, than they offered me another 30 days so in all two months of taking this product that didn’t work to benefit me but, just to hinder my health. my stomach is bloated all the time and very sensitive to touch, I get whelps on my stomach and stay so gasey. The killer is I weigh the same if not more. I’m so paranoid that I don’t want to try anything, I try to loose weight and I’m losing my health instead!!
Those sensa doesn’t work I used every day to trying to lose the weight yes little lose but I have been problem with my legs numbness neuropathy so that I would not have product sensa . It is too dangerous include may it cancel…
I bought this product because I thought it would really work after seeing commercials about it helping so many ppl!
Its not cheap! It costs alot! Made me feel nausea and constipated! I sure wish i wouldn’t have bought it!
this sensa doesnt work i purcah sed it two times trying to lose the weight I was more depressed after finding out it wasnt working than i was before I tryed sensa its scame to take your money.
iboth six month supply of sensa i start taking it i found out that it let me gain weight i say to my self this is not good so i stop taking it.
I took advantage of the two month sample supply offer for free, just paying the $495 S&H cost.
I already was taking into consideration what I was eating, how much I was eating and drinking plenty of water and thought this product would just compliment my efforts…WRONG! I for one can taste both salty and sweet crystals and I couldn’t poop for days at a time. This caused a great discomfort, but I pressed on to see if it would subside. Needless to say I just returned from a four day trip that SENSA was not invited on and I’ve still not gone poop. I really hope this isn’t a lasting affect.
